Public Notice Cum Rejoinder 1.

Dear All Green Fields members,

By now, the circular of Mr.Gyaneshwar (signed) and Mr.Mohan Babu (unsigned) together dated 27^th Jan 2014 was not a surprise to GF residents by looking at their controversial background in the GF association and also as mercurial character of the colony. You are possibly baffled why such acts are carried by these elements on a person who brought them in to limelight from past 5 years. Now I have those details with evidences and proofs with a rejoinder as follows.

Let me put it simply that I have to keep these elements not by choice to have in GF but by default. I was aware of the tainted image they carry, the tantrums they throw, the opportunist politics they play. But for the good of 1000 GF members, I kept quiet and I have compromised and went ahead. More so, since no help coming,  when I was seeking some help from SVGK Murty, since I know him from my school days, I sought his help for few papers when I started my activity to set right the GO 166 in the year 2009. But he was adamant that I must come to GF colony for a meeting with those days with the illegal committee members headed by Satyam and Co. I was pretty busy with several officials’ appointments at RR Dist Collector office, Secretariat, RDO Chevella, CCLA and so on. Hence I had no choice than approaching Mr.Gyaneshwar, to help me to start with as ex GB member. Though initially he was reluctant, after my persuasion, he agreed with conditions that I must fix Sivanarayana/Satyam and Co if he gives these papers. Though I agreed that they will anyway get punished for their wrong doings, he was adamant that I must promise him. I told him that it will take its due course, he got convinced and helped me with papers.  I am thankful to him for that.

On 22^nd Jan 2009, we started off with Mr.Inayat, Mr.Ram Babu along with Mr.Gyn as team and explored all options. Those details are already known to you. On 6^th June 2009, when MRO gave letter that no cases are pending ( as said by Dr.P.Shankar Rao as few cases pending) on our lands after I submitted the Apex Court judgments copies after I obtained by going to New Delhi, that followed by Dr.Shankar Rao 2^nd letter by saying that a judgment in his favor.  Even Dr.Rao claim was proved wrong by me. But by then, the villagers were activated by Dr.Rao as backup and filed a case in RDO to seek ORC. Our illegal association did not take up and they were ex parties till I brought to the notice of the residence. At that time, I requested Gyn to go to RDO and bring those petition copies since I was busy with some other works in Secretariat.  Shockingly, without going, he told me lie as if he has gone, but to his utter shock, I was with RDO on the same day when he said he has gone. Now he says in his own words vide his mail dated 12^th Dec 2013 Quote “My memory is very short I am not able to remember when you have directed to collect the papers from RDO office. Yes I have told lies and accepting for the time being. Admitting the fact is great instead of bluffing and denying the facts like you. Because of guilty I have not called for 9 months. “ Unquote. He was caught red handed for his lies and but I did not say anything, after he came to know by my sending the copies of the petition obtained by me under RTI,  he was embraced and went underground and did not speak to me for 9 months. But, I filed counter with available data at RDO and personally argued the case and got the landmark order in our GF favor vide order No. L/4446/2008 dated 21^st Aug 2009. The appeal by the villagers at JC RR Dist also was argued by me and the landmark order No. F1/4092/2009 dated 5^th Dec 2009 was issued in our favor.

Later, Collector obtaining AG opinion on my request, the Collector issued letter to MRO to processes our applications vide his letter E5/1400/2010 dated 9^th March 2010 after due processes is completed. The same was informed all the members. By seeing the circular at colony, on the same day, Mr.Gyaneshwar called me to congratulate and started showing his tantrum by saying that I must book cases on the illegal elements since he helped me with papers. I refused to budge and did not yield to his pressure tactics and arm-twisting. He got ragged and again he was out of our circle for few more months’. This issue of his being known to both Inayat and Rambabu and was not brought to public notice to see that the task is accomplished. He keeps his self interest on top of agenda. I have been saying in my circulars that I will not leave any wrong doers, but illegal association GB/MC is not my enemy No1. Dr.Shankar Rao is No1 and they are of my list but last not like first as desired by Gyn.  I put up with him and moved on.

In the meanwhile, election took place. I went to him and offered him to be President to buy peace with him for having helped me with papers. He refused on the ground that he is already worked as President. Then I filed nomination for President and Mr.Yogesh Gir was made Gen Sec. But from inside, he was keen to be a GB member. But he expected an election, in which he may lose. So tactically he kept out. But to his misfortune no election took place and our whole team/panel got elected unanimously. He was jealous of us. But surfaced again to fix the illegal association with cases. But by then, the GO 166 was on hold due to hurdles created by Dr.P.Shankar Rao and Co and the survey was also on hold.

Yogesh Gir broke away from us and KP Sarma plot encroachment was boiling. During that time, though MRO booked the cases and the FIR was lodged and the encroachers were arrested and they obtained bail. But the demolishing was on hold due to some political pressure. During that time, Gyn raised again his ugly head by accusing the MRO that he is favoring Yogesh Gir by taking money. Quote his mail as follows:

You have sent mails long time back that bulldozers/jcb sanctioned by Collector to demolish room constructed by Yogesh & Co., Till now it is not taken place and same doubt expressed several times by Sarma also. I told him that I am help less in this regard. Then he was stopped asking me. When I was discussing with police officials when demolition talk is very hot they also expressed their views that he might have bribed and I am also endorsing their views. When Dr PS Rao and company threatened him in filthy language , how can he keep quite? He is Magistrate and he can file complaint immediately with Police. For drafting a complaint is matter of 15 mintues. Further, 2 days backs i.e. on Monday when I was expressing my unhappiness with Police, they told clearly until and unless Revenue officials are involved nobody can construct such big compound wall. Gyn was again out of our circle for few months. You can see yourself how impulsive Gyn is on accusing everyone, who are following due processes of law. But eventually the walls/huts were removed in the month of Feb 2013 and Gyn again congratulated us and we did not bother much about his tantrums and left it that.

This is the first part of the trust and the balance truth with proofs will come next week in 2^nd part. Do not judge now. Wait and decide who is right who is wrong. What is the role of Mohan Babu in this spoil and Gyn reasons to support him is very interesting to know. That will be more amazing.  Wait for more shocking revelations, on their own admission. More skeletons will tumble from cupboard of Mr.Gyaneshwar soon.
