I wanted the full update of the following cases you are sincerely fighting according to your spokespersons Mr.Gyaneshwar and Mr.Mohan Babu, that too on behalf of the illegal association along with copies of the vakalats. I have made the same request to those spokespersons also with copies to you to help me with these details to circulate to the members your sincere efforts.
1. On WP 10469 / 2010. You must give your action plan when the judgement will come since the final arguments are over. With help of your contacts of judges, which the illegal association claims, must be explored and finish the task. I will not interfere in all these cases since you have filed counter/Vakalats. I already made public. The details are given below, if at all you forgot about the case.

2. On WP 16278 / 2013. Your friends Mr.Gyn and Mr.Mohan Babu said earlier that you have filed with motive earlier. Now they say you are doing wonders. Please now sit with them and tell me when will be final order will come? I am very sure, with your judges contacts, you will get with in days, if not in months and years. The details are given below, if at all you forgot about the case.

3. On WP 15895 / 2010. Now your (un)official spokespersons ( Gyn and Mohan Babu) say that the hearing has begun with your great efforts and we have accept with your efforts only it has begun. Please provide us the counter copies of the GP Revenue or AG, your Vakalats copy, your counter copies and the final date when it will be decided and the judgment will come to our hands. According to your Spokespersons mail, final hearing would be taking place on the 4th March 2014.since they say that the government has already filed the counter. Please provide us the copy of the same as proof of they filing to circulate to members. Or, you mislead them and you all are playing mind game? If so, you all will be facing the serious legal consequences for misleading the members and criminal breach of trust.The details are given below, if at all you forgot about the case.

4. Please provide us the copies of the counter filed by you and Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in Revenue Ministry case filed by villagers. If that is not required, go on record why we need not file our counter in this case? Since I have info that the villagers/PTs with help of their lawyer met minister ( Satya Praveen told this to Gyn when they met him recently) to influence the case. Now they are saying that you said no need to file counter. So please provide the action plan. Or you will be held responsible with legal action on all of them since they are claiming as your front person and spokespersons.
5. Provide the copies of the counter filed by you and Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in of EP filed in RR Dist court by Dayanand and assure us that it is fought to protect our GF interest. However, if anything goes wrong, you all will be held responsible and for legal action. Since they are saying that I am creating panic, please clarify the issue in detail.
6. With regards to Gyn/MB mail on the survey No. 375 cases was posted for hearing. But to best of our knowledge, we have no such case filed by association nor the villagers/PTs, which might have been kept under wrap to create a buffer to protect PTs at later date by you all. Now both Gyn/MB unintentionally disclosed it and made it public. I request you take full responsibility to give full details like case number, court, who filed it , your vakalat copies and so on. Or else, you are creating panic in the minds of 375 plot owners to bring them to Gyn/MB fold??? The legal consequences on Gyn and MB will be serious if they do not come out with proper reply. Do not take me for granted.
Please provide us by tomorrow since these all will be with you readily. Please also clarify the status of both Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu, who are talking on behalf of you in public. If they are officially talking on behalf, please confirm to avoidany confusion.
Since you fought with very Gyn in Nampally court as accused No 2 for his saying ugly words on you, by chance, now have you compromised with him even after such incident? If so, let public know how great you both are.
