Public Notice Cum Rejoinder 2.

Dear All Green Fields members,                                                                      dated 8^th Feb 2014.

The 1^st rejoinder dealt in detail on how Mr.Gyn played him games by telling several false information on his RDO visit & he also said that he has not accused MRO & so on. Now I will come with some more proofs of his commenting on our legal committee due to his personal animosity on few of the residents and the legal issue he is facing on few land grab issues.  If you read details below, you will understand very well.

One fine morning Gyn sends one mail saying that our committee is chiller committee for no reasons. That was when he was falsely alleging MRO not demolishing the walls by taking money from Yogesh. When Gyn was accusing me of my handling the issue kid glove on MRO, my other committee members like Inayat, Rambabu, Dallappaiah and others supported my views that I must smoothly handle the issues due to larger interest of GF. Since they all did not agree with Gyn and asked him to not to criticize me, Gyn called our committee as “chiller committee” and went in to hibernation for 4 months. His mail is sent here with.

But when I pointed out on those 2 mails (one on allegations on MRO & comments on chiller committee) he said our committee as chiller committee but he denied it. That mail also sent herewith as follows:

Quote Gyn mail” If you know the date of mail or forward the same regarding allegation raised against MRO, please furnish the same to enable me to give reply. There was several inquiries from the Colony saying that even after Collector orders why demolition is not taken place in respect of 8 plots. In view of the circumstances I inquired with you. Further, I was commented about your Committee Members in one of the mail saying that "Chiller Committee", the same was circulated to your members and they were unhappy in this regard. I have not sent any such type of mails. Please forward a copy of the same, if really I have commented, I will go to each and every members house and convey my apology IN PUBLIC. This is only your coconut story and nothing else. You wanted to create RIFT among the members “ Unquote Gyn.

In the above mail, Gyn promised to us that he will apologize if I prove that he said it in the mail. When I proved, he kept quiet and went underground for weeks along with Mohan Babu. The mail also says that he will apologize. The above issue was brought to the notice of his closely related friend, Mr.Vittal Reddy. He too promised to punish Gyn for his wrong doing if I prove. But no such action from Vittal Reddy also.

Very interesting facts are that I never knew that Gyn was involved in some illegal land deals ( since he was accusing the illegal committee members) and he is having legal problems with few people related land grab and those serving the legal notice to him. But, unintentionally, he was saying that I knew that person. But I denied it and I have no connection with such legal notice and I requested Gyn to provide the name of the person who sent the legal notice to him to probe in to the matter.  See his mail below. But for intriguing reasons Gyn did not send the name of the person who sent legal notice to him till today. Even I sought his new partner Mohan Babu to help me. Do any of you have any clue, please provide, I will take action.

According to your direction he sent reply to my legal notice dated 5th September after elapse of 4 months by denying all facts like you. The reply letter is drafted by you and there is no doubt about it and which is in my hands. NOW YOU CAUGHT IN 'RED HAND' I WILL SHOW ALL THE GENERAL MEMBERS/COMMITTEE MEMBER OF YOURS. AND I WILL ASK THEM HOW FAR IT IS JUSTIFIED TO INVOLVE MY PERSONAL AFFAIRS WITHOUT KNOWING CREDENTIALS OF THE OTHER PERSON. The letter drafted by you and contents of para 3 of the captioned letter: AT THE OUTSET, I WOULD ALSO WISH TO BRING ON RECORD, THE ENTIRE CONTROVERSY WHICH IS DEVOID OF FACTS, IS SOUGHT TO BE RAISED BY SHRI GNANESHWAR, TO COVER UP THE POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION, WHICH IS GOING TO BE INITIATED AGAINST HIM, FOR TRYING TO DEFRAUD ME INTO BUYING A PLOT BELONGING TO SOMEBODY ELSE. THEREFORE, THE DUES AS ALLEGED IN THE SAID NOTICE ARE "FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION" AND DEVELOPED AS AN AFTER THOUGHT. However, it is observed in your yesterday's mail that same word used by you "DO NOT GO BY FIGMENT OF IMAGINATIONS BASIS".Unquote Gyn mail.

On the 6^th Dec 2013, Gyn wrote in his mail that the old illegal committee (headed by Satyam) has offered him top post and but he has not taken the post. See his mail and you will understand that he is now joined hands with illegal association or he is still about to join. The latest circular gives the full credence of that rumor that he joined them since he supporting them their illegal activities now, which he was opposed to for years on moral grounds.  Then now why sudden love on them? What is the deal? Can anyone throw light?

What I understand from them that they don’t want handover to you.  However,   I bluntly refused  the same saying that  even if you offer me   salary of Rs. 10,000/- pm I am not interested to take over any post.  This is I already brought to your notice.  Now,   you are requesting me not to open any third front.  Is there any meaning? This is your assumption for which I cannot do anything” Unquote Gyn.

I am very happy to say that some of those colony residence called me to say, that after seeing his circular and my first rejoinder No 1 that I did a mistake of being with him and I must stop believing Gyn and that the mistake must be corrected with immediately effect.  But as I said, it was not my choice that I joined him but for sake of no other alternative in the earlier stages to save the plots from grabbers like Dr.P.Shankar Rao. The question in the minds of the colony residents is why this drama by a man ( Gyn) who did not do anything for 20 years other than just paying to villagers Rs. 58.05 lakhs and did not book cases for 20 years to recover the same?  I am sure you can now understand what is going on. More skeletons will tumble from cupboard of Mr.Gyaneshwar and Mohan Babu soon.   Both Gyn and Mohan Babu did not even pay single rupee as loan nor expenses directly to me are now accuse me of collecting money as loan? How many of you have paid money to me in the name of GO 166 will be regularized by me? Come with proofs. I will refund the money. What loans I have taken, how I am struggling without funds, how I have managed from past 5 years without funds is known to me along with few others. He himself supported my loan plans.

Next week, you will have full story of Mohan Babu failures to protect the 375 survey effected plots and how Gyn helped him in covering his flops show by raking up non issues are to be highlighted.   Those who have no morals, talk of morals. Those who opposed Satyam and Co in every circular written by them, now supporting them are enough to know it. Please open eyes and come openly to oppose those negative forces in colony. Gyn is not with us anymore itself is great news to colony.  Thanks to Mohan Babu for that.
