AGM to be organised by me at colony?? Why not? I am ready.

Dear All members.

I have sent a public notice ( as below) saying that I am now ready for an AGM and I sent an offer to the new watch dogs of the colony to organize at GF colony itself with their money. Since no response from them, I wanted all of you to call them to organize as per rules of the so called by laws 1992 ( MB has a fabricated bylaws) and send the request to me to send the official AGM circulars to the members  under the seal of the legal GF committee. If it is not received with the great Gyn and MB written commitment  before 6^thof April 2014, I will organize on my own at which ever place I feel like.

Dear Great Mr.Gyn and Great Mr.Mohan Babu garu sir ji. ,

You both divisive and negative elements of the GF are trying to provoke me to conduct an AGM in Green Field colony as if I am scared. What you both conveniently forgot is that ( since you both have loss of memory problems and you both quite often forget good things done by me) that I daringly entered the AGM conducted by illegal elements in the very GF in 2010,  you both watch DOGS followed me with my team and made those illegal elements to commit for the election with proper election commission, made them to submit account ( albeit only cheques accounts without audit report) and cash is missing, got appointed Audit Committee ( the great failed Mohan Babu in 375 is also failed members of the audit committee) and so on. I am Man, not like those who talk big and do nothing. No need to prove to the world who is what.

Surprisingly, your memory also failed on this is that you also supported to organize the meeting at Rly Club from past 3 years. Why make an issue now??? You wanted get buried in your own weight? It is your problems.

Now I challenge you both watch DOGS to organize a letter as per the bylaws ( since it is you both talk of byelaw, in-law and outlaws) with proper demand by your 280 supporters by asking an AGM at GF colony by me. I am ready if it is proper as per the byelaw. But the whole expenses will bourn by you 2 elements only and no collection will be made from my supporting members. Are you both ready? Do not blackmail me as if I am scared. I will organize an AGM even on top of your houses at GF and Mohan Babu  house. I am not afraid. Are you both are ready? Any rampage takes place due to your own mistake, I am not responsible. I will publish this in news papers with a press conference that on your demand, the AGM is organized on the top of your house. If you are ready, I am ready. Why you want in GF colony, if you have guts, organize in your own palatial house instead hot sun? Are you scared?

But for our members sake, I wanted to clarify why I organize the AGM outside as follows. You both change your stance quite often than not. I know this proposal of organizing at GF colony is not your idea. You barrowed this from someone else, who is innocent and fallen on to your trap. But now you wanted to latch on that as if I am scared. Hum Daraney Waley Hai. Darney Waley Nahi Hai.

1.       I am dead against AGM in GF due to sentiments since no good has happen to us from past 22 years when these illegal forces and the great so called founder President organized at GF colony. Always they fights with open plot owners and do not take the issues only for their advantage as match fixed AGM for benefit of house owners of GF colony, adjournments with ruckus, by electing rigged illegal committee as per their requirements, forging bylaws as per their requirements, not filing annual returns with proper legal fees and so on.

2.       Even it is organized at GF colony, only 10 members come from the colony residents even when it is walking distance. All others around 300 members have to come all the way to GF to satisfy the GF colony residents. For sake of 10 members, why we need to organize at GF? Those 10 from GF are anyway are our strong supporters, who will come anywhere we organize.

3.       After we started the AGM at Rly club, things started moving fast in our favor. Many good things happen, including getting rid of dead woods.

4.       Moreover, the venue is in the centre of the city and convenient to all hence decided to organize in city. Well connected by rail, road, bus, auto as well. Car parking is safe here.

5.       Even if rain comes, we can continue the meeting since it tin shed.

6.       Cost effective and cheap and we have place to cook and serve food.

Few like you both make an issue out of it. Do members wanted at Rly Club or at GF? Or we succumb your blackmailers demands to organize at GF? But you come with your legal request to me. I will take a call. I am sure you both do not have guts and will go underground for months without even ackn this mail.
