The rouges not paid even single rupee.

Dear All,

Few loafers and crooks , now who are opposing me in the colony today with false propaganda, without paying even single rupee as loan nor expenses to me are asking the accounts. More so after they are thrown out of the association for their misadventures. They themselves do not have morals and ethics and they question others?

But let them know that one Sr Former Committee member of the 1995 batch visited me 30 days ago for a private interview ( he requested to maintain privacy to not to disclose his name) and pleaded to not to disclose his identity till his giving ok. I accepted and respect his wish  and we met him. He was kind enough to ask me all the doubts to cleared. During the course of the meeting, he said that few anti social elements are angry only due to one issue, that account and loans. At that time, I clarified the following to him. It is up to him to disclose the same or not.

1.      I told him that I have all the names of the members and other private loaners I have taken and the list is ready with me in my system. I told him that he can come and see at my residence if he has any doubts. I also offered to him to give the printed list since he is eligible to have copy since he is one of the loaned. Those loafers have no rights since they have not paid.

2.      I also offered to him that I have all the 60 months expenses statements and one consolidated expenses statement as of the 31^st Jan 2014. I told him to come and  see the same and take a copy at my home. He refused to come and take it since possibly he believed me after I clarified. Later if he makes any issue, it is a different matter.

3.      I also clarified to him that those who are making hue and cry on loans and expenses have did not even pay single rupee as neither loan nor expenses form past 5 years. Their claims are false and no proof was provided to my statement in many circulars.

4.      I told him that all the members, who are requested to seek the copy ( only to those who paid loans) the statement can be sent after they come and see the statement at my home and satisfied, though I am not obliged to give loan accounts at all even as per law. No one sought it. All the mails members also said no need to disclose the names and loans accounts.

5.      I also requested him to negotiate with those forces that if they prove that I have raised 35 lakhs as loan and prove that I have misappropriated the loans, I will refund the money to all those who gave me and quit the association. At the same time, if they do not prove, I have publically asked them to pay defamation charges for their wrong doing @ Rs.50 laksh. They vanished from the debate. No assurances came. But these anti social elements take up the same issue again. But this gentlemen told me to not to think of quitting since no one will be able to do it later. I thanked him for his blessings.

6.      I also told him that the so called de-facto GS and the great lady don, extra constitutional authority has mismanaged the funds in the name of BPS, LRS, GO 166 and old villagers settlements and new members money to large extent and these anti social elements are supporting them now ( with no morals and ethics) and not asking the accounts from them as if they are the watch dogs of the nation. He agreed with me and was disgusted with their attitude.

He also assured to conduct one meeting in the colony with only decent people to seek the support totake it forward from hereon. I welcome and waiting for his green signals.
