Public notice cum Rejoinder
Dear All, 26th April 2014,
I have clarified several issues raised by few anti social elements and rouge forces with several rejoinders and public notices. Now I take it forward from where I left. On 2010 EGM attended few so called supporters: I understand that few anti social elements are active today during morning walk in the colony with some distortion on the EGM conducted by the illegal association to remove the Election Officer in the year 2010. They are saying that those who supported me during that time say that now I have ditched them. Interesting, the very forces ( who claim that they supported) went inside the illegal organized EGM meeting organized by the illegal association without proper legal sanctions ( in the name of supporting me in the EGM and came out without uttering one word and talk very bravely after coming outside as if they fought) after signing the EGM entry book ( though they got elected under my legal banner) with sweet talk with the extra constitutional authority and lady don of the colony and came out without even one word in favor of me. They could not even stop the illegal sacking of the EO. Though I did not mind and make an issue out of it, this shows that these forces having some tacit understanding with the illegal forces even at that time?? May be that is the reasons, they so called audit committee head, who was sacked recently from the association committee and membership, did not pursue the matter? That may be reasons, these anti social elements now talk in favor of the illegal association support and going soft on their misappropriation of accounts worth of lakhs of rupees and rake up legitimate issues of the legal association as illegal? That may be reasons, these rogue elements go soft of illegal association President on out of turn regularization funds raising without even any approval of their own illegal committee members and so called EGM or AGM? Those who attended that meeting in the name to see what is going on inside EGM are great sacked members and classmate of so called funder President of the colony along with one non member of the committee at that time. But due to goons presence and due to fear of the illegal committee supporters, they did not utter one word in favor of me and came out without any resistance for sacking the EO, to which they are party to elections. Even when the police was summoned and when they went inside to stop the EGM, they did not support with raising the issue with police. Let them come out with facts now. Let the members in colony know what happen. Everyone around heard the so called founder president of the colony even uttered such a filthy language on the lady don with 200 members around, which I cannot go on record. Now they talk of my talking filthy language as if the forces are Gandhi/Bhddha and Subhash Chander Bose?
Though it is not true, let us go by their own analogy that I did visit the colony after they left me. I know that they have organized few anti social elements and goons of Dr.P.Shankar Rao to kill me in the colony, if I visit the colony. The duplicate brand spare parts dealers, spurious brand cement and steel dealers are part of the B team headed by the 2 newly sacked forces. Police also have clues of their plans. I have uploaded this now in website that these forces from the colony and that those forces that are spreading the rumors on me, those rouges are responsible my death in violent manners. Even I have sent SMS to all the known press reporters of the Alwal that I have life threat. Few rouge elements went to Alwal police with some agenda came to know even from press people that I have sent SMS to them that few supporters of Dr.Rao along colony rouges are trying to kill me. But these forces sleep with their a/c on, how do they know that I have come or not when they do not even walk in the colony with their heads held high after their shameless acts? Out of the 6 visits, one month ago, during one visit, one lady of the colony said that if someone to be sent to jail first, it should be so called founder president first for his misadventure from past 22 years, then the illegal acts of the so called illegal association. In any case, let these rouges forces fix a date of my colony visit, I will come alone and prove that I not sacred of these goons.
Even today in the morning walk, some members, who are in tacit understand with the sacked and disgraced members started spreading rumors that I sought support from them over the phone. But I have incoming phone records of those calling me to prove that they called me just to know what is going on, which is very routine from him and during such talk, he wanted me to send the mail on which he wanted to ask few hard questions on AGM to be conducted. I do not know he is playing double game. He is one of the advocates of colony AGM. I told him that I was ready with few set norms as per bylaws 1992. After sending the mail to him, I called only to confirm with him. He did not even revert to me even after 20 days with his questioning them and it is different matter. I do not need to beg, borrow or steal the support like few anti social elements in desperation. It will come on its own. When 2 went out from our group, 20 joined. If some more go, few more will join. No issues. Let them not worry about my supporters. Even if I am alone also, I will do it since everyone knew that I am sincere. But I have few hundred from colony and open plot owners, swear by their support. I will not have dearth of supporters. Let them worry to prove that they have numbers with list. Without such numbers, ask them not to yap. They know they are down and out. Or else, they would have boasted with all those supporters’ names and their testimonials in the mails to all the 280 supporters. Why they silent? Because they got more brickbats than pats. It is matter of time that they bury their own heads in shame further. Once those who cheated with false promise of lands file criminal cases, they will be nowhere.
Today, I heard from colony that few rouge elements were trying to spread carnage on my name and trying sully my image by saying that I have no plots in GF colony. All my records of plots are with police Alwal and Police CB-CID. They can make an RTI application and obtain certified copies. I am sure they will shut all their 9 holes with that? While saying so, these anti social elements said today that I enjoyed public funds (means loans) from 5 years and not done anything from 5 years. These forces are having mental illness and I am sure those hear their saying so, must rush them immediately to some psychiatrist ( may be Dr.Nagender, who is very near to GF colony and admit them in hospital and he was once visited by one of the sacked committee member due to his illness) to check their mental health state.
But I challenge these anti social elements even today. Let them come with 150 GF officials members (not land grabbers, goons of Shankar Rao) and request to handover the charge. I am willing to do so. I will take care of the repayment of the loans taken by me. They need not worry. If they are first and 2nd gender, they must come within 3 days. If they are 3rd gender, they must come within 15 days. But still I say with confidence that I, that I, that I, that is S.Chandrasekhar only can solve this long standing issue. I know those anti socials elements and forces are trying to stop it. But they will not succeed.
Few minutes ago, one of the committee members, who met one loafer of the colony during walking in morning. During that time some anti social elements said it seems that I trying to divide the residents and open plot owners. In a desperate attempt to gain sympathy from residents of GF, one open plot owner also joined such forces to spread motivate campaign against me. Let you all go to all my 5 years old mails, circulars and SMS and rewind it. In every circular, I requested the residents to join the main stream and come out of the “Maya Jaal” and Mayalokam” of few elements. But they did not join is the different matter. The campaign says it seems that I am holding to post for my comfort. Let these forces conduct the AGM and get appointed an election committee and get elected? Who is stopping them? I understand that the rogue elements will write a circular on this issue.
Always, loafers will have some reasons or other to defame others. I am not in limelight by choice. I am in limelight that too nationwide due to my outstanding records to fight corruption, land grabbers, rouge elements and anti social elements like them. They are trying to instigate members to ask me questions, where by even before they ask me the questions, I send daily news updates on every issue. They are just trying to create wedge between the members, promote enmity and enjoy. But they have failed before, they are failing now, they will fail again and again for years and get good beating from the members. It was me who stopped them not to go violent. One of the members of the colony told me that, one ex committee members was beaten by ladies group with chappals few years ago. He will identify himself with rejoinder who was beaten with chappals. This incident famously is called as “ Ladies attack on Ex President with chappals and brooms” . if it is true, I wanted to regroup and come out openly and support me. That kind of situation is not too far.
From past few days, I understand that few loafers are at it again to malign my image with several falsehoods with malicious intent and trying to spread motivated campaign with mala fide intentions to degrade me. One of the issues they raked today was during the morning walk that I had political aspiration to contest elections. But what they do not understand is that due to my best efforts, the land grabbers of political circle like Dr.P.Shankar Rao, the double minded ditchers like Akula Rajender did not get tickets due to me. Out of all the sitting MLAs of the city, only these 2 did not get re nomination. Do they know that?? I sure their intelligence levels are not that standard. I believe that they developed some soft corner to MLAs to protect their own plots hence they are going easy on them. But GOD is great. Those who caused hindrance to me and cheated me and spread motivated campaign like rape, molestation, murder attempt, not members, SC/ST atrocities case are punished. The others, who are following their footsteps also, will face the same fate with GOD taking care of them. Let them not enjoy someone agony with sweets. The days are not too far for them to suffer big jots with GOD giving them 33 kv shock soon. The motivated campaign by few lucchas today said it seems are that MLA Akula has spent money for that meeting. The truth is that he gave place only to boast about him and not to support us. That is all. But these forces know that one business men, who mediated has sponsored the lunch, on the condition I pay it later. I posted invitation to this meeting covers at my cost to send invitations. In case of YSR Cong visit also, I spent my own money. The loafers try to make an issue after 3 years? Where did their brain go all these years? Possibly to eat grass? I am sure it is.
Yes, I went to all the political parties to seek their support earlier and even now. But if the communist has grabbed lands in GF colony, what were these rouge elements and loafers were doing all these years? Why they have not lodged any complaints with police? Did they get kick backs from them for not going to police as silence cost? Why they have not sent any letters to government? Why they did not bring it to my notice include their names in FIR 908 dated 29th Dec 2013? Is there is a tacit understanding with these forces and now they are raking only to corner me late? I am sure you all understand. Rest of the details will follow soon.
