Payment to villagers....

I understand that one disgruntled and one sacked member were spreading falsehood on the part of the settlement to the villagers and I was signatory to the AGM resolution.  The disgruntled and sacked members make mountain out of the mole and trying to confuse the members. I never denied that I was not part of the AGM, which took the decision to pay to the villagers. We all ( some 33 members, who are open plot owners) resisted to not to pay till the title issue was settled. But few of those in helm pushed with some vested interest ( only known to them what vested interest they had)  and paid to them during the pendency of the title with some back door understanding. This is what I was high lighting. Those days, Gyn was so powerful that no one could raise his head due to his political connections. Today, many in colony do not like him for that reason.  

In fact during the very collection time of the villagers settlement amount in my office, the great Gyn cheated few members with false promise to get plots at cheap rates at GF. The names are released by me in several mails. They are mum. It means it is true? I understand that this has happen without my notice and later when it was brought to my notice, the great man developed cold feet and trying to justify the matter. Later, when I applied pressure to pay back to them, he promised. Later, it was paid or not is not known to me. He has to clarify. Now MB is supporting such big fraud for sake of Gyn support to him???  Wonderful policy…. You scratch my back, I scratch your back and make money out of it?? Kya baath hai.

What members must understand is that why the great founder president did not lodge any police complaint for 22 years after it was found that the villagers cheated our members. Why he protected them for this long without booking any criminal cases? If he would done by now, we would got the refund from them with interest. However, I started now. Let us wait for few years.

When I came up with the proposal to Gyn, he was reluctant to lodge the police complaint. When I lodged once, he reluctantly signed the petition as co complainant. But when I asked him to follow it up with police,  ( with his good friend Pushpan Kumar) when I was busy with some other issues, he just left it at that. Now they justify his fraud? Moreover, what is the use of the copy of the resolution to be submitted to police? It fact it will help me and how will be known to them later. Let them go and submit to Alwal police. Then I will show what way it will be useful to me. I wanted to thank them if they do so. The blackmail tactics will work with weak hearted and not with Chandrasekhar. Keep the ideas with you people. Do not try to provoke me. If you do so you have to pay heavy legal price.
