Public Notice cum Rejoinder Part 1.
Dear All Members. 27th July 2014.
Coming to my so called using the unparliamentary words on these rouge (means villains of the colony) elements and others from 2010. Yes, I am calling spade as a spade and nothing wrong in it. But let me reproduce the words spoken by the great founder and Mahatma Gayaneshwar of colony with Satya Harishchandra Rajendran over the phone, the illegal appointed counsel of the illegal association on 21st March 2011, on which the FIR was registered and due to which we both were in trouble. Shamelessly, the rouges point fingers on me. Later, to save this great Mahatma of the colony, the case was contested by me with my own Rs.50,000 as expenses ( not fee) in the court of Nampally and saved him from the embracement. Instead of thanking me, he stabbed me from the back and now projecting him as great savior. Now the same element, shamelessly join the very enemy?? In that processes, I was fined Rs.1000, he escaped the wraths of the court to my best efforts. Audaciously, he calls my lawyer and my brother like Gopi to say something. Gopi warned him to not to call him and he recorded his conversations to use it later. He kept quite like thief, who was bitten by Scorpion. But to know the truth, see below the true picture and come to your own conclusion that who is using what kind of language?? You can see who is more civilized between us?? This will be understood by only those whose eyes are ok and mind is not blank but not by whose mind is blank, their eyes cannot see what is going on around the world, even if they have eyes. ( copy attached).
Coming to the Dayanand case. Once people go mad, they do not know what they are talking, to whom and why and when. This is the state of affairs of these 3 sum elements. Firstly, the case was related to their bail in AP High Court earlier, which I fought and won and the criminal element Dr.Rao ran away and surfaced and later what happen with lungi and open buttoned shirt and all are known to you. Later, with help of few police officials collusion, this guy, Dayanand, without even knowledge of the CB CID, without my knowledge obtained a ex partee order to quash the FIR on him only and not on Shankar Rao. By this means, he escaped the law of the land?? No, according to me. He will pay heavy price for his manipulations soon. Wait and watch. As soon as I came to know through the media that he obtained the ex partee with wrong and misleading information, which I wrote in the website, the matter has been drawn to the notice of the CB CID ADGP ( with copy to DGP, Telangana, DIG and SP and DSP as well) in writing and the hard copy of the letter can be had from website or on personal request for your own consumption. I am neither a coward nor 3rd gender, unlike others to keep quiet and watch proceedings. I am fighter and I will fight till the end, bravely and rather die, instead of taking false propaganda and mischief as route to stay afloat, unlike others from the colony. I also wanted all of you to notice that the very letter to the Wakf Board, they write my own FIR on Shankar Rao, but now the circular says that I have not done anything from past 5 years. Do not you see the contractions in their own statement? Do not you see such contradictions from their several mails I have sent from past 8 months by all these 3 sums?? Are they fooling me?? You?? Or themselves?? It is better known to you intelligentsia of the colony than to me. I respect our GF resident’s intelligence than what I have. It is better than me… yes. I mean it. Instead of feeling hurt due to such manipulation, if these are feeling happy, then you can understand who is working for the good of you all?? I am sure here too, only you all have to decide who is right and who is wrong.
Coming to the no denial from and by these rogue ( villains) elements on SMS to the CI, CCS on various falsehood and mischief played by them, I am happy that they have accepted their mistake by keeping silent and did not deny the same nor confirmed about the same in this circular. The very trap by the police is that I must write these full details with phone numbers and these anti socials elements must deny or confirm with circulars as they did it earlier. But since they are silent by not denying, it is now confirmed by their silence that these anti socials are guilty of the action??? The written complaint on this fraud is with DCP, ACP and with CI Alwal with acknowledgements and will be pressed as soon as few major developments take place on the encroachments and cases on these elements. All the data from the service provider will be ready by the time I press for the FIR by the middle of the next month. I am sure you will know who is right and who is wrong??
Alongside, more happier that no denial also came from these negative elements and mischief mongers on SI, Alwal, Mr.Devender warning ( their circular also say police warning but did not say who was warned by SI ) them for writing distorted facts related to happening in the PS, Alwal, when they came with so called written complaint but not really happen. Interestingly, the truth is that we were made to sit when we were called to PS, whereby these 2 elements were made to stand as if they are criminals. I am sure by now, they may be begging some police officials in the station to put the stamp and give that complaint, which is very vital document for me to have in my hands to finish them forever. No denial and condemnation on such facts are anything but my moral victory. I am sure you all are watching their moves from time to time with no such acts and deeds to match their words. It took 8 weeks ( 2 months) for them to recover from the shock from the truth and their distortion exposed by me. I am sure they will now disappear for 12 more weeks (3 months) after this rejoinder since this will pin them down with further lies?? Now I also understand that their good Samaritans (the new name to those anti social elements) who were funding also left them after they came to know that I am right and they were wrong. That will be a hidden trap for them??
Coming to their case related to the 375 issue, the patchy information written in the circular is more misleading and only just to raise their ugly head in the issue for their political gains. Or else, where they were when I was in the colony?? Who gave this misleading and patchy information without any case numbers in High Court and in smaller civil courts? When they have such information, why they shy to give case numbers in the circular? And why not the court names along with documents photos copies to the colony?? That is only due to retrieve their lost ground with such misleading information. But 8 weeks, were did they go?? Have they done any good to your colony residents, at least, if not to all the open plot owners?? Have they ever done any good their life time, leave alone at GF?? More no details are in their fake circular on 375, no such case is filed by them.
However, those who wanted have the full documents can download from the website or seek the copies from me directly by writing the e-mail. So far, only 18 of them from GF colony, including Kalidas (name changed, who gave the servant maid molestation details from colony) joined in the group GF ID. Rest also can join to our group ID to get updated with latest truth. Even so called 280 supporters of these negative elements supply lots of data to me as my undercover. By saying the changing the judge in high court is normal and I am baffled to see that they write that as major development is nothing but laughable and as if they have done it. What is the great about it?? Every 3 or 6 months, the bench judges in every court change as routine. What is big deal and consider being important development?? What way it is going to help WP 15895?? Let us wait and see. Few loafer elements, during the morning walk in the colony, say that I have not visited the high court for 5 years. Let us take their statement on face value. If that the case, how come the Rajendran case is true, in which according to very Rajendran, the 2nd accused is none other than the very signatory of the circular dated 20th July 2014, now posted again for end of Aug 2014?? Shameless these people exceed their limits??
By the way, see who is talking of eating away the public money?? Does the colony know who has eaten the public money during the settlement with villagers by paying around Rs.60.00 lakhs but even before the payment is made, that they know that these lands are government lands?? What is the hurry to pay in a jiffy?? And also during the BPS, LRS, GO 166 and so called late settlement with villagers?? Let us call for a public debate in the GF colony, if they have guts?? Who will get more cheppals between each others? I am sure they will disappear for next 24 weeks since they know the results even before the contest. If they would have confident and they would have had guts that they have such 280 members support, they would have signed the demand petition for conducting the AGM in the colony, which they promised in front of the SI at Alwal. The 2 sum, told police with brave front that they have full support to conduct AGM in the colony. Shamelessly, the Acharya and 2 sum have not conceded the defeat that due to insult they have to face with No support even from 10 of them they claim as their supporters. The deadline is over 12 weeks ago and now he talks of AGM in colony with member by mail?? On what capacity? On what authority?? There is no trace of those so called President and So called Gen Sec and so called JT Sec, who boasted so much and lost 2 cases in 2 cases with the very Rajendran. They could not even organise AGM for 3 years. This rouges within 6 months from breaking with me?? let them try and see the legal consequences.
According to one of the rouges, the GPA holder, who sold the lands to us, NR Pandu is hiding. But in my circular, I openly said I met him @ CCS the very person, NR Pandu. But why these rogues are keeping quiet & did not deny that I have not met him? I am very happy they did not deny the truth. That may be due to my fear of exposing them with documents?? Or they know that I have proof with me for meeting him?? Rest of the story to follow soon with more evidences of their fraud. Wait and watch.
