Public Notice cum Rejoinder Part 1.
Dear All Members. 26th July 2014.
Let start day with Happy News to all of you. Besides all the slugfest between the 3 negative forces and positive forces like me in the colony, let us start the day with some good news. The 8 plots owners, whose plots are occupied by Dayanand with help of his brother Dr.P.Shankar Rao by threatening the MRO officials, 2 years ago, are advised of the development that RR Dist Collector has ordered a special high level inquiry for delay in booking the cases, arresting the culprits and demolishing the same even after several orders were issued by the revenue officials are not implemented. Collector was personally updated on this issue with our few members 2 weeks ago along with few GF members’ presence. The Collector orders to the RDO are issued with a copy to MRO. As part of the inquiry, the RDO/MRO wanted the documents of the affected plot owners to complete the inquiry in a scientific manner. The affected 8 plot owners/parties must send their only sale deed copy (if possible 2 copies) to take up the issue with Collector ordered inquiry. If few of them do not want to join due to their ego reasons, they will take up on their own the issue since I will not have any proof of the title to contest. To prove that I have no ego, I have even spoken to the earlier head of this issue, SVGK Murty on the 20th July 2014 at 9.43 am to send his document at least now, though now he is not with us to and prove that I am part of the solution and not part of the problems. He curtly told me that he will not share the document with me, & said not to call him on this issue and he said that he will take care of the same on his own. Let us leave such forces, who talk BIG and do nothing. Ultimately, it will be anyway done by me or it will never happen, which they also know. If they could have done, it could have happen on the 27th May 2012 itself. But these forces talk BIG (boasters of the life) and do nothing and only pointing fingers on others rights also as wrongs, but not knowing that 4 fingers are pointing at them. Even after giving order from the revenue department a year ago through Mr.Parthsarathy to SVGK, you all know what has happen. Even after getting order, he could not do anything for 18 months and will he be able to do anything on his own?? He knows that I will anyway protect these plots hence he is putting brave front. Let him live his life and I will live my happy life. Let us leave him alone. I have nothing against him, though he may have many.
Now coming to the circular dated 20th July 2014 by the so called founder and Mahatma of the colony. Though we had advance field intelligence information ( turned to be correct) on this circular in the offing on that day, which was going back and forth for correction between those 3 sum villains, whose names are mentioned in the circular (we feel that they do not deserve to mention their names by us), we too did not send our circular last week, on 19 or 20th July 2014 as an update only to get their circular ( as our trap) from them first and then counter their false propaganda and mischief as they are trying to play with the lives of the GF members (both residents and open plots owners) of the GF colony. Every point will be countered by me in 2 parts of this rejoinder and I am sure you can make out their evil design to mislead you all. If you do not believe me even with 100 proofs, it is ok with me. But if you believe these loafer elements, you will be committing the sin of your life. I also understand from the colony residents, that all those mischief mongers team, which was already shown the doors from past 6 weeks with several rejoinders and proofs, started raising their ugly head again with several false and frivolous issues to colony again in the name morning walks?? Though I do not wanted to react such cheap publicity stunts by these cheap people, let me once again educate you with facts and figures, which either you may believe or leave it at that, as you are doing it now.
First, the critical evidence of the mischief played by the so called great founders of the colony, the Mahatma Gayaneshwar along with his Swamy Mohan Babu and Acharya Nagarjuna ( equaling title to Gandhi, Vivekananda and to Acharias since they are feeling the heat of my true and different titles to these anti social elements) with the complaint to the Wakf Board dated Nov 25th 2012 is sent herewith for your own evaluation and for education. All these days, it was a rumor that it only existed by word. Now it is evidence in writing that you all can see and believe. The same copy in circulation earlier and the selective portion was circulation to all the members by him by mail earlier. Those who wanted the hard copy of the same certified under RTI can be had with Wakf office or can go and see at their office. When we sought the copy with request with officials, the Special Officer confirmed that the letter exists and is with CCS for now during this inquiry based on this complaint. The complaint very clearly says, Quote”Mr. Yogesh Giri and Mr. Ramesh, C/o Divya Travels situated at Plot No. 74, Greenfields Colony, P.O.Trimulgherry, Secunderabad 500 015, started construction of rooms along with Compound Wall. The undersigned made a complaint to Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R.District, on 21st November 2012 and officials came and stopped the work. Even after giving warning by Tahsildar to Yogesh Giri and Ramesh, again they have started construction work.” Unquote. Now you see the complaint copy as follows.

I beg to submit the following few lines for your information and necessary action at your end. You may be aware that land admeasuring 62.16 Ac.gts. covered by Survey No. 373, 375, 376, 378,379, 380, 381, 386 situated at Kanajiguda, Alwal, Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R.District, belongs to Government as on date. One Shri Dr P Shanker Rao, MLA (Congress) wants to occupy illegally for which we are residents are giving tough fight since 20 years. The Xth Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri directed Neredmet Police to book case under Sections CRPC 120-b, 197, 420, 468, 471, 406, 506 IPC. Accordingly, they have booked case against Dr P.Shanker Rao, P.Dayanand (brother of Shanker Rao) vide FIR No. 485/2011 dated 9th November 2012. He filed a petition before A.P.Hon’ble High Court and brought stay order and same is got it vacated by us. When the Police are made arrangements to arrest him he went underground for 1 week and admitted in Care Hospital for open heart surgery.
Now, I am coming to the point that survey No. 374 is also part of above land admeasuring approximately 2 acres and out of which approximately 5000 sq. yards belongs to Muslim Grave Yard as per my knowledge since 25 years. In the year 1995 one local congress leader dug the grave yard and taken out human bones and made into plots are tried to sell the same. But, at the time the undersigned was a President of the Colony, and protested before the house of Congress Leader along with Musilm brothers. Then, it was stopped selling the plots by Congress Leader, and the same was brought to the notice of Wakf Board, and I was a received a letter from you regarding appreciation of my work. The above land is Muslim Grave Yard, there is no dispute about it, therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to take action against culprits. Now coming to the High Court cases mentioned by these negative and rouge elements as if I have said that I am fighting these cases. To prove me right, I wanted all of you to rewind all my old circulars from past 2 years and see to believe their false propaganda and mischief they are trying to play with you all, to which you all are mute spectators. In no circulars, I never, ever said that I am fighting these cases nor I ever said that I going to fight these cases in high court, which was filed by various people with help of illegal association team. These negative forces perilously unsafe to believe. I made it very clear, time and again that since illegal council of the illegal association, Rajendran, who swindled Rs.1,34,000 from Vijaya Bank account ( for which the case is registered with help of the great founder President letter to police that he has not given any authorization to these elements and is under investigation) must fight all these cases for having benefited from the association funds, albeit illegally. Or, even now if Rajendran wants to buy peace with me, he must give the NOC and get out of the way by convincing the illegal association. I will see that it is vacated in few months, if not in years, which is the case now. All these cases are moved to be represented by the Advocate General by me with my representation and is sanctioned by government. These letter copies can be had from website or can be had from me. This is what I said I will do it and I did it. Or else, let us see who will save these anti social elements from the legal complications.
Coming to the WP 15895 ( now posted for hearing 25th Aug 2014), filed by the villagers on behest of Dr.P.Shankar Rao, which according to few rouge elements, it is already finally heard by the Honorable High Court, which is a BIG lie and the order is reserved even without government counter, which is also a lie. But now in a joint meeting with RDO and MRO few days ago, the clearance has come to file para wise remarks from the revenue officials. It may take 2 to 4 weeks to complete this processes. The other WP 24846 also, filed by Dayanand will be also handled along with this WP by Advocate General. Please do not believe few loafers elements misleading statements related to anything, which may be a trap to delay further these proceedings. Those who have doubts, they can go to the court website and find out on their own. No need to follow their circulars. Such revenue matters, without Collectors counter, no judgments will come. Even if comes without para wise remarks and counters, against the revenue officials as ex-partee order, they will be in trouble. That is just the thumb rule.
No need to study rocket science to know this. Some legal experts of the colony, like SVGK, who were handling legal affairs for years, can clarify to such false propagators. Did ever I said that I have filed counters in any of these cases in High Court in any circulars, though I admit that I said that went to the High Court, which is true that I went to high court to attend these case and said any lies anywhere? Why they need to take certified copies when they have the illegal lawyer, Rajendran on their right side, who would have updated them, unless, they have fallen apart now due to sharing of the booty from the Vijaya Bank?? Or, Rajendran kicked these elements out of his circle since he might have felt that when these 3 sum can do to me such damage by eating my own money and backstab, why not later to him as well by these 3 sum can do it to him the same? He knows who liability is. Let us wait for a written clarification from Rajendran, that these 3 sum are his spokespersons. If nothing is coming in written from him within 7 days, it means and is sure that he kicked them out to save his own position, disowned the 3 sum & be safe than feeling sorry later like me now. He is smart guy & he known that who will rock his boat. He knows that I am identified enemy (who is better than hidden) and he will be prepared with my predictable moves since I am very open about it. But he also knows that dangerous these 3 sum elements, who will dig the grave by being beside him.
