-Fixed cost and loan request

Dear All,

The last committee meeting on 29th Dec 2013, the members was kind enough and have sanctioned monthly fixed cost on my proposal. It was Rs.25,000 per month based on the past experience.  But I have brought it down from past 2 months. The average fixed cost for the fight with these goons has come down from Rs.25,000 to the Rs.18,000. The statement shows the present cost.

This does not include the expenses ( not fees) paid to lawyer and the same is paid by me and not factored. Lawyers fees is not paid now and we will decide the same later as per my personal promise to these lawyers, which will reasonably, unlike the illegal association loot. Now we have to raise close to Rs.5,00,000 to meet our legal expenses ( to file one SLP in Apex Court (Rs.3,00,000 plus expense to go to Delhi), 2 WP's in the Hyderabad court and the expenses in smaller courts) and first I am planning to seek loans from the outsiders ( my friends) and as well from the only noncontroversial like minded members, who can trust me. But I will not allow the rogue elements to take advantage of the situation by any means to fight to finish them. 

My humble request to all the like minded members only ( who never paid any personal loan to me till now) to pay at least Rs.10,000 for now and those who can afford further can send in my personal name the amount in form of D/D or local Hyderabad cheque. Those who paid 2 or 3 times, need not respond to this mail. If any of you wanted the bond, they can send me the same in Rs.10 stamp paper. The same can be signed by me as my personal liability. This issue will be made public during my next press conference as son as it is decided. All of you must and raise your voice against the false statement made by Dayanand with help of few rogue/loafer elements within. 

Next few weeks developments will be very crucial. Hence members must not hesitate to support ( morally, physically, monetarily and in other forms as well) at this juncture.  

Let us not make any non issues as issues and divert the attention from the main issue for our selfish ends.  At the same time, I assure you that every rupee of the loan amount raised and spent  will be accounted by me in the future for my own safety ( including the loans from the members and outsiders) , irrespective of the members are willing to pay me back or not. I will honor my commitment to return the money after the issue is resolved. Let us not politicize the issue for their own advantage, as the case may be now.
