Collector Memo on WP 15895 to RDO and MRO

Dear All,

The last fake circular to the colony, signed only by one rogue elements ( not by his other 2sum supporters ) of the colony says that the final hearing is over in case of 15895, that too even without the government filing the counter. If that true, how come now it is posted again on 25th Aug 2014, 30 days later, that too without the noting of the final hearing??

Many of the colony residents believe these anti social elements and enjoy their falsehood. Thankfully, those open plot owners, who got the circular from this loafer, gave them back in good numbers and they forced to retreat. This is what the kind of the mischief they play and support our rivals for their own financial gains and to our peril. But few come out openly to neutralize these elements along with me.

Because of these anti social involvement, including the so called Rajendran, our so called illegally appointed illegal association lawyer, Our rivals takes advantage of the situation. When the case was filed in 2010, only 2 lawyers were involved and file their vakalats. Now you see below, how many have filed the vakalats? With so many lawyers to argue, the rouge elements say in circulars, that the final hearing is over. Even advocate General has filed the Memo Appearance only on 27th July 2012, just exactly 2 years ago on my asking the government to seek the AG help. These forces are kidding???

Now, the RR Dist Collector, directed the RDO and MRO of the Malkajgiri Division to file the counters to all the 3 WPs in the high court with memo No E5/1400/2008 dated 19th July 2014, just 7 days ago and it was received through me by these 2 officials on the 23rd July 2014. The said proof with seal, can be sent to those seek the copy of the letter on selective basis to avoid the misuse of the letter.
