Dear Mr Gnyaneswar,

Thanks for the info.You obtained certified copies of all the pending cases in the High Court.Please send us copies of counters and actions taken your end through our advocate. Since the GFPOA members are not getting any info on actions being taken by our advocate or any of you, the members are responding to Mr.Chandrasekhar who has been giving some info or other.
       

You mentioned about the case No.15895 posted to 22/7/14 which is just 2 days away.If you can send us copy of High Court notification and details of the proposed action by our advocate Mr Rajendran, all the GFPOA members would readily support you. I can certainly assure you such response.

    

None of the GFPOA members are interested in the infighting going on

between you and Mr Chandrasekhar .After 25 years of long wait and legal uncertainties we have no patience to know about your fights.At this juncture, we can support morally and financially whoever takes up our case showing us proofs of the actions being taken. Can you please respond to the points raised by me with specific info?
