Dear All, 14th Sept 2014.
I am happy to say that the Ganesh Pooja celebration went on very well in a small scale at Mr.Ganti place in the colony to keep the cost at check since we decided to not to collect any money or donations from anyone and use only the surplus funds of last year collection with us to be used to avoid any controversy by the disgruntled elements. For every issue, the useless, senseless, brainless and worthless people make issue and play even politics with GOD. Now they know where they stand after they created unwanted and needless controversy and politics last year. GOD is great and thanks to those who participated, though it was low key. As usual, keeping our tradition, the eco friendly clay Ganesh idol was bought and the same was immersed in the drum of drinking water. Let me wish you all Advance Happy Dussara. But some of those from the illegal association get cheesed of when we take GOD name. Let it be.
I am happy to know from our colony GF residents that the bête moirés and rumor mongers, anti socials elements, who have projected me as a villain all these months after they broke way with us, have conceded their mistake by saying that they erred in saying that the final hearing is on in high court in all cases without even government filing counters in all the 4 cases are false claim. They also conceded that it is bogus claim by them and trying to justify their mistakes by giving various reasons by dubious means.
This is coming in form of a circular written by one and signed by the other that is the horse mouth and the great Mahatma Mr.Gayneshwar and his group, Swami Mohan Babu and Acharia Nagarjuna. I understand that they have written a circular last week to the colony that they did a mistake with false information on final hearings and the hearings were/was postponed several times only due to the so called GP, Revenue (with whom these forces are coordinating instead of AdGen due to their ego, who is representing our 3 cases on my request and the orders are issued as well based on my petition to government) not filing the counters in all these cases. Though the copy of the circular with several inconsistencies and falsehood is yet to reach me, it was clearly written by these forces in that circulars that the GP sought time for 4 weeks on 22nd July 2014 to file counters ( but interestingly they did not mention which and what case they are talking or referring about since the circular written by one BTech person with high tech English and signed by another person) and I am sure they do not know what they are talking about or on which case.
According to their own admission, the counters were not filed by the officials even till on the 25th Aug 2014, which date they promised to get the final order in their earlier circulars with brave front. Now the GP sought time till 6th Oct 2014 after Dasara Holidays. Is it not laughable of their antics? But now we must guess that they may be referring to various cases of Green Fields, pending in High Court related to WP 15895 of 2010?? or WP 24846 of 2014 or WP 16278 of 2013?? or WP 10469 of 2010 ???( to which according to these forces, the final hearing took place long ago and without even counters from government) and now you all work on your own which case they are talking about. Mr.Tyagaraj is right in saying the bogus claims by these forces long ago when he collected the letter from Collector office to MRO to file the counter thro AG.
These kinds of mischief are done deliberately by them to mislead all of you & try to divert your attention from their failures to attract you all gullible members. But now they know that they all are caught RED Handed with their false propaganda & got trapped.I thank GOD for this that I was vindicated. I will come out with more revealing story on their other falsehood and fraud they have committed with the public by spreading the smear campaign on legal association. At least now I appeal to them and I wanted them to keep quiet for their bitter experience and allow me to do my work. Or else, the priorities of the cases will change.
With regards to the walls permission at Green Fields, the negative forces in the colony are trying their best to sabotage the efforts for their political gains. But they will have major setback soon. As I said earlier, the government has already issued and given the permission to construct the outer walls of the GF and neither status quo order nor any court case is pending on this issue. The estimate will be obtained after floating the tenders and the funds will be sanctioned as per the new policy of our CM, Mr.KCR garu to protect the government lands, come what may. The rouges are spreading carnage on their own with falsehood and I request you all to do not believe them. The orders by the CCLA to Collector, Collector to RDO and RDO to MRO to construct the walls in the government lands is issued are with them. The only part pending with the officials is that the list of the eligible GO 166 applicants has to be finalized ( which is ready now) and the same will be done by the MRO office by selecting the eligible applicants based on their request list submitted by me, which is kept confidential. These forces are feeling very nervous due to the fact that such development will be a waterloo to them and they will get buried in the sands of the GF if I am proved right.
Now one of the greats of the colony went to such extent that he wanted those papers by hook or crook to prove me wrong and he tried his best. But I am sure he faced disappointed and making his best efforts to get hold of the same to get disappointed with the results. I am sure those papers will not see the light of the day in the colony as Xerox since what I said is right and he will not send you all those 12 pages to you but will send only few distorted information to you for political gains. I will wait for their falsehood in a circular and then you will see what is the outcome of that is kind of misinformation campaign and counter it later.
I am sure you all by now would have observed that they did not deny the SMS to CI, CCS with false information they sent. I am also sure that you all observed that they did not deny that that the legal notice from one doctor came only in the recent past and their group was embraced with several questions by various members when they sent the mails to them. I understand that now they stopped mails to the so called 280 members list due to the failures in attracting the members with the falsehood and mischief. The greats said it seems in the circular that there was a BIG Q to see the documents what they obtained ( but they refused to send it to colony as Xerox and to the members by mail members close to 280 of them) and they were projecting as if they were forced to call police to control the crowed. If that true, they would have taken photos of such happening and sent to in mail and press. If that is true, as a proof of that, they must first come clean with the names and phone numbers of list of those who came to their houses to see the papers and prove that they are not telling cock and bull stories. I am sure they will neither send those papers to colony, which is a trash nor they will come with the list of the names those who visited them and appreciated them. This will as good as their promise to police to conduct the AGM within 15 days after they complaint to police in the month of May 2014. Thanks for your curt reply. There is no need to visit you just to see these old documents which are not relevant to the present legal issues. It would have been appropriate had you mentioned your proposed actions to progress this case. Kindly clarify below aspects so that your credibility among GFPOA members would be established.
1) You mentioned case WP 15895 came for final hearing today 22/7.Do you think case would progress without the counter from the Govt. Have you taken up with the concerned Govt officials in this regard?
2) Are you not unhappy with the quashing of Dayanand's case. Since Mr Chandrasekhar failed to pursue this case, can you take up against Shankar Rao & Dayanand ?
3) What is the need for you to take up with Wakf Board when the whole situation is already complicated?
4) I welcome your holding AGM to apprise all of us with the actions being taken up by you & Mr Rajendran .But in which capacity you would hold AGM?

Now coming to the cases on our illegal association related to the bank fraud. All these days, I kept quite only giving them a chance to compromise with me after my several warnings. But as last straw, since they joined the rouges and started attacking us, I thought enough is enough and lodged a complaint with police and the police booked the case and after detailed investigation, they found that few political forces are behind them even as per the report of the DCP and they decided to transfer to the CB-CID. But even after doing so, the CID did not act due to the political pressure. Later we moved to the High Court and the court issued the notices to all the police officials along with those booked in the FIR. I am happy to attach the FIR for your ready reference. As soon as it comes to bench, we will expose them with more documents to finish the case as soon as possible.
The other 2 cases on few left out members of ( including colony residents RBI Satyanarayana, VP Satyanarayana, Dananjeyudu, Jagan Mohan Rao and others) the few left out illegal association members and the illegal lawyer, who says he is still representing the legal association are ready and will be moved in the criminal courts. The same will be updated to you soon. The law will catch them soon.
All these years, these “Fekuchands” have done enough wrongs and damage to us and now again they are trying to do more only to delay further. But they are trying to only regroup all those who are with such mind set and try to destroy the peace of the colony and the open plot owners, who anxious to get back to the colony with small dwelling. Though the colony residents, who joined us recently (including the 15 members group headed by Kalidas) must be thanked for their courage. Rests of these members have the fear of these elements. But I am sure once they make up their mind soon and they will also fall in line. It is matter of time. I cannot blame the colony residents since they have fear of these elements attacking them if they come to me. But those who have come, they never had such fear nor have any chance since they know I am backing the loyal members and also exposed the illegal elements frauds.
