Dear All, 20th Sept 2014.
Last week, I am sure you all were shocked with real news of booking cases on the illegal elements on their fraud related to Vijaya Bank and the FIR copy was sent for your circulation. The so called left out 9 members of the illegal association, whose names are already their in the FIR and also the balance names in the circular, for running the association even now illegally will be booked by next week.
I understand that in the name morning walkers, the rumor mongers and the rogues elements are back into action in the GF colony, even during festivities season of Ganesh Chavithi last month. This is only to spoil the atmosphere in the colony due to their own internal sense of insecurity. While walking in the morning, one of rogues started spreading the falsehood that I am only concentrating on Dr.P.Shankar Rao and P.Dayanand. They had more jitters since they are now strong supporters of these criminal elements but I have not spared them by booking yet another case. If he has taken anticipatory bails means, Dr.Rao has feared to be presenting in front of police??
The very origin of the dispute is due to the fact that Shankar Rao interferences in the affairs of the GF with help of these elements. Since the land grab brothers and Dayanand obtained the ex partee order behind our back due to fear of going to jail, that too without notice to Neredmet PS and CB CID along with me, how can we keep quite???. No cross examination of the complainant took place with help of Public Prosecutor while this case was going on. Now, they tried the same technique they adopted to keep the quash secret. But, someone, who is our undercover/police informer leaked the news in advance that he filed for quash and the same is coming to bench for admit. We filed our counter even before it is admitted. That was big shock to them. But let them also know that now 2 more cases which came out are to be booked on these criminal elements by government. If Dr.P.Shankar Rao files one quash petition, we have kept 2 more cases, which emerged recently in 2 different police stations. Let us not ever case at once. That is the way the answer will be given by me and by the government to these land grabbers. The SLP on Dayanand is ready and I have arranged funds for the same. Their joy will be short lived since we and the government is also filing the SLP on quash of Dayanand and also we also kept ready the SLP for Shankar Rao also if he obtains the order, by chance. These negative elements could not digest this since now they are Rao group supporters.
It is unbelievable but true. As sequel to this act of after lots of escape route to be closed, also the negative publicity to the revenue department in the press after I booked the case on Dayanand and Dr.P.Shankar Rao on 8 plots grab in Green Fields layout, I understand now that the Government also booked a case on Dayanand on land grab at Green Fields. The Shankar Rao name is also added in the complaint by the MRO in her letter to police but for some intriguing reasons, the Alwal PS did not include the name of Dr.Shankar Rao due to either by oversight or deliberately?? I understand that the matter will be taken up by the RR Dist Collector with the top police officials soon for the omission of the Shankar Rao name. I also understand that the 2 sections of the IPC, 447 (Trespass) and 427 (Mischief causing) has been slapped on him for now and the additional sections of the IPC will be added as and when the investigation is taking place based on the evidences. But will police arrest him?? That is always in doubt, looking at the clout the family of Dr.P.Shankar Rao has by using his money power, he may be get anticipatory bail even here.
With regards to our FIR by Neredmet on 10th MM order, the police are yet to act of arresting Dayanand. I had a meeting with ACP garu and he promised to act on them as soon as they get a letter as the desired by them from MRO. If no action is taken by them in next few days, I will have joint meeting with 8 plots owners with DCP along with the media people. All those 8 plot owners who are affected must be ready for the meeting.
The other cases related to 379 and 375 land grab, the petition is ready. I am waiting for some funds to come in and we will act on that as well. Those disgruntled elements are stunned with my actions, which I was saying from the day one that I will do, not just speak like them, as they vanish in the thin air and find faults in others for just for heck of it. These negative elements days are also numbered. Their mischief with related to walls is exposed and we will crack down on them soon. I am sure now they are in jitters with no documents released by them??
The audacity of these rouges group is that, while walking as morning walkers, I believe these elements are now questioning my delaying the removal of illegal walls?? What way they are concern? Do they have any local standee?? They are not affected with those walls nor they are part of our legal association? Whoever said that, if they have guts, let them go to the CMO (which they said in their circular that they met someone without naming them) and issue a special orders to remove the walls and prove that they are men and not 3rd gender. But let them be assured of that I am seized of the matter after they failed when they were with me and now it is in active mode. It will happen when it should happen. Let them shut their mouth and watch the development with shock and dismay than making needless and insensitive comments. Or else, this does not auger well with their educational qualification and the dubious stature they have. Booking the case is the first step of the removing the walls was grand plan by government. The day when the government removes the walls, if Dayanand and Dr.P.Shankar Rao ( now on bail) come to site to obstruct, the police will lift them from then and there. The trap is laid. The officials from CMO have sanctions from top to carry out this.
From one side, as I am waging lone battle with moral and financial support, in form of loans from few strong loyal members, but from the other side, many of the disgruntled so called office bearers, saviours of the green fields and rogue elements were trying to sabotage our efforts in different forms. But GOD has already punished them. The glaring example is that one of the broken away member, who fraudulently sold one of our members ( Mr.K.P.Sarma) plot to wife of Mr.Narasinga Rao, of Power Grid Corporation for a hefty amount and cheated us. The person, who helped him, according to himself, is the erstwhile MRO, who apparently did not press for a criminal case on the person who cheated our members for the consideration.
Now the same MRO, who undermined our member’s interest, is on the dock. See the paper reports, then you understand why GOD is there and we need not punish those who cheat us and the GOD will take care of them. Be it Rajendran, the great lawyer, be it Satyam and his stooges, be it Yogesh and his great supporters, be it the great Mahatma Gayaneshwar/Mohan Babu and 280 supporters, we need not worry about the court of law, if they escape by their manipulations. When it comes to punish these characters, the GOD will fix them the way HE wants. They may escape the law by manipulations, but not GODs court, which will see everything. For their wrong doings, all these will go through punishment, if not now, at later dates. That day, they have to think of me, they will repent and cry. But no use.
The mute GF residents, who are saliently watching the developments, will be at loss for their acts. If once the legal association, headed by us is weakened by these forces, the free run by the illegal elements will put you all in grave danger.
