Please carry few items during AGM

Hi to all,

I request all those who confirmed to carry the following items with them as utility items during the AGM on the 20th May 2012. Though the meeting will start on dot at 10 am, the registration will start at 9 am on the 20th May, hence avoid the crowding.

1. Cameras, to take photos,
2. Pen to write few things,
3. Umbrella, to protect for Sun and sudden rain,
4. Water bottle, since it is summer. (However, water dispense is provided at venue) 
5. Any family members email ID, those who are not in group Id so far,
6. Payment receipts to illegal association ( for and in the name of settlement to villagers, GO 166, BPS and LRS and so on ), if it is ready with you all.

Pure Veg lunch will be provided to all those who registered at the Venue. Registration fees will be paid only at AGM Venue on actual participation basis. 

Today, I request all the members to follow the Green Fields web site www.greenfpoa.org for all missed information in the mails to update yourself and spread the awareness to ignorant members about the efforts put in by the legal association.  .
