Just returned from the Collector office after a very fruitful meeting with them and of course also had an assurance from them to book the culprits. The survey may be a reality soon.
In the meanwhile, I met one gentleman from SBH ( a former colleague of Sadasheva Rao) on his request to meet me at Collector office. His name was withheld on his request, who came to me to give some feedback on these crooks who claim that they have done wonders and I am only claiming the credit. The classic story goes as follows:
On mutual understanding, I asked Mr.X to go to Sadasheva Rao and just find out what is happening in his camp. He met him a couple of days ago, after our AGM and asked Sadasheva Rao as if Mr X do not know anything on the cases and the other developments and also about the AGM. The crook Sadasheva Rao told Mr X that he is working hard with another Rajendran ( the illegally appointed lawyer) and fighting the cases in the AP High Court. He said it seems that I mislead the public about the judge name who presided on our WA 333, leaving aside the good results in our favor with help of the AG. just only to find faults in our good work. But the fact is that I did say wrongly the hon'ble judge name since I do not recognize them by their face but by the names listed in case only. I have been sending you all the judge names and it was also listed as Hon’ble Justice Mr.Sanjay Kumar for WA 333 in all my communications as per the website of the AP High Court. But on the day of the proceedings, the hob'ble Sr judge excused by maintaining the convention of the court by not presiding on our hearing day and it was presided by Hob’ble Justice NV Mr.Ramana and Hon’ble Justice Mr. Durga Prasad. I have corrected and sent these names at later dates the factual names as website cuttings by correcting the names as above 2 judges. It is no big deal. But they wanted to make a mountain out of the mole. They could catch nothing on me hence trying to make a big deal? The relevance is about the AG representing and getting judgement in one sitting. That they have left it and making a story out of the names, which is irrelevant in our context.
Sadasheva Rao also said to Mr X it seems that it is Sadasheva Rao ( who said that he is carrying 580 members on his shoulders along with Rajendran) who is following it up the 2 cases ( both WP 3000 and WA 333) along with the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran ( who is nothing to do with association from the day one) in the AP High Court and also said inadvertently that he is the one who has arranged the AG to help us and he is coordinating the AG and the judge in AP High Court. But his friend’s circular dated 7th May 2012 ( signed by Satyanarayana and Sivanarayana) says exactly opposite. Their words quoted as follows.
Quote". With due respect to the representative from Advocate General’s office, first of all there is no need for them to argue, secondly, they did not know that there was status-quo order pending in the matter, thirdly, they did not know the claim in-depth of Mrs Padmavathy and others and it is paper book supplied by our association council threw light of these matters. Therefore, he makes cock and bull stories members mislead without any facts and legal issues. "Unquote. (But they did not mention that it is much higher grade lawyer from AG office representing our case than the small time Rajendran).
What I fail to understand is that a so called lawyer, who is not able to win a small time case in lower court, that is Malkajgiri court on my position in association just for interim stay, even in RR Dist court on my president ship and membership as interim stay, can he be great use to win cases in AP High Court on such high profile and sensitive cases with 1000 life in stake? Only Sadasheva Rao thinks that his lawyer can do wonders. I am sure Rajendran will be retained by Sadasheva Rao for all those criminal cases coming soon on him also as per the mandate of the AGM??? Do they see writing on the wall? He will not, because he is a great man.
Those who have not received the circulars dated 7th May 2012 were said something different cock and bull (shit) story and those do not know about the circular were said this new story, to take advantage of the information gap to exploit for sympathy. Will the members believe him anymore?? It is anybody guesses as such as mine.
I also wanted all of you to read in between the lines as well. If Sadasheva Rao is such a big guy as much as his lawyer friend, why they together kept quite all these 14 months, by not bringing in the WA 333 to finish in one argument? But for the AG support, the case would have not come for yet another year due to their vested interest with villagers in quite terms. Even now, his circular says that because of their try with hon’ble judge in WP 3000, it has been posted for final hearing on the 16th June 2012. Please show your ears to him. He will buy big flowers and will keep it on our ears ( Chevilo Puvvu/ Flowers to Ears) . They are the best guy for that. They have many such followers. We are not.
Anyway, let us not waste our time. Our spies are at work and we will get such feedback from time to time. We will expose them to alert our members to keep away from such elements in the long run.
