Better understand the legal term

Dear Mr.Gayneshwar garu sir ji.

Thanks for your threat letter to drag my family, which never involved in the matter for 5 years in this controversy. But if you like to do so, you are welcome do so. But word of caution is that the legal fall out of your such acts will be at your cost and legal  consequences.

At the same time, the mail does not say that is aid as and about your family and as usual, your figment of imagination at play and you have every right think the way you want and go legally. In the mail, it is very clearly says their families, not in any names. This mean those who think that I got convicted, it is not due to any murder, rape and any other heinous crime.  But if you want to drag your family in to the legal wrangle, you are welcome to do so. I will not stoop that low anyway, unless the situation warrants.

I know that you feel the heat of exposing you and Mohan Babu with every document as proofs and you feel that you are losing the ground and trying to drag non issue to limelight and get back, but I promise you that the more you try to do wrong against me,  more you get exposed. I will give reply to every word, line, para and total circular with best possible rejoinder to curtail your falsehood and lies. You will have to face the embracement at every stage with my proofs and solid evidences. I know you are not able digest the truth. But it is your problems.

Dear Residents/Plot Owners,

I am sending the text of the mail sent by Mr. Chandrasekhar for your information. I wish to reiterate once again the desperate attempts made by him to malign the family members who are in no way connected to the issue. Every time he threatens with criminal case/complaint which he never does. We have appealed, cajoled, etc., on several occasions to refrain from using indecent and obscene language while sending mails/circulars. This mail only goes to prove that he is further degenerating himself out of desperation, when asked for submission accounts pertaining to the collection of Rs.35 lakhs as loans from plot owners. Our repeated cautioning the members to raise their voice, and also to refrain from further extending loans only driving him to further desperation. We warn him from using such unparliamentary language while correspoding with the members. Lest it will to his own peril.

Once again I am request all the members/female members go through the following text word by word, then members will come to know the type of language he is using. If, I ask my family to make one police complaint, he knows that where he will land along with other 4 members. His 4 members also responsible for his actions. I appeal all his 4 member, disassociate with him immediately, otherwise they will also land in problems.

Dear All,

The divisive forces headed by Gyn and Mohan Babu are trying tarnish my image in the name of my conviction in a false case filed by Rajendran, the illegally appointed lawyer of the illegal association ( even admittedly by even Rajendran in his own affidavit that it is filed only to scare me) as if I have raped someone in their family or as if I have molested someone in their family. But the law is above everything. I have appealed in the higher court and I will go to even AP high Court till I get relief. But these forces are making fun out of me. But GOD will show them what kind of agony they will face soon. I can send the Rajendran sworn affidavit of his confession to the court on demand to prove that what I saw is true.

If they poke further, I will file a criminal complaint on them soon on this issue.
