Dear Sri Gnyaneshwar garu,

Wish you a happy UGADI.

Since you had replied to my earlier mail, I feel I can once again write to you to impress upon you to help the plot owners, who are not residents there in the colony in securing the plots from the evil elements / illegal occupants. I am not alone feeling this. I am reading the mails written by our beloved members who also express the same feelings.

Coming to the point, every body is feeling secure with the present President Sri Chandrasekhar. You are no exception to this. You too have travelled with him at least for 5 years. Suddenly, you have disassociated with him for the reasons best known to you. While you were one among the committee members, you had every right and opportunity to raise the points that had in your mind. You had also participated in all the AGMs conducted during your tenure and never raised an objection for his style of running the Assn. At least now, you may air your views, clearly and fearlessly to all the members. And let the members judge your points and support you if you are right.

As one among the founder members of the assn., you are well aware the conduct and procedure adapted by the erstwhile committee. They had shown more interest in collecting money from gullible members with the pretext of meeting the expenses relating to court, lawyer and etc. And never bothered to account for them and inform the contributors, how best the money was used. In spite of spending several lakhs of rupees, the court cases have NOT moved forward. All these points and many more are well known you. Please question yourself, whether you are doing something better by going away from the active policies of the present assn.

Mr. Chandrasekhar came forward on his own to help the helpless members. He has been spending from his own sources. He devoted all his energies for this noble cause, leaving his family behind. He is not caring much the threats that he is receiving.

Is it not a fact that he was reluctant to receive any contributions from the members? He only accepted to receive loans from the willing members that too through bank transactions and that too on the insistence of all the members in an AGM. I remember, you were also present there in that meeting. He promised to return the loans soon after the case comes to its logical end. If any is willing to know the details of the account, he is not against disclosing. But, without a right, as he is not receiving contributions. I don't know, the quantum of loan that you have lent.

Soon after Mr Chandrasekhar took over the helm of affairs, cases are followed up with dedication and the information flow is enormous enough to understand and suggest for any body. He engrossed himself in the job which no one has done so far.

We all therefore, once again feel that you become one among the active members of present active assn., and lend your helping hand, strengthen the assn., with your past experience. It is a known fact that with all the fingers of a hand one can form a fist. On the same lines, we all together can do some thing better than different groups doing the same in different directions. Separatism only helps to weaken the principles of humble association and we will not be a position to project our strength before the opposite party.

Please let us come together and fight the common cause " securing back our plots which we bought around 20 years back to have a peaceful living therein during the retired period of our lives by building a home for ourselves'. This is dream of all of ours. Let this not remain a dream but let us make it into a reality. And try to make so.

Dear Sekhar Reddy garu, Well written response to Mr Gnaneshwar! Though I haven't received any communication directly from him, from several message exchanged between him and some of us, it is clear that it is to Mr Gyaneshwar's deaf ears as a proverb goes "Cheviti vani mundu shankam voodinatlu". It is also understood that he had change of mind for the reasons that we understood from the correspondence we have been receiving on him and did not see one message from him proving our understanding is wrong. So no matter how much he is cajoled i doubt he will respond/behave differently. In such instances of this where we know a person is playing games to hurt the GF plot owners we should not ask such persons to join the group again, instead ask them to shut up or meet the consequences. Coming to consequences, I am prepared (my representative since I am out of country) and request other members also to come forward with a do or die attitude to work hand in hand with President garu and corner these ELEMENTS/CULPRITS so they cannot dare to move around causing problems. Compared to members, these illegal elements are handful, so if we are United and determined can stop them.
