Dear All,                                                                                                                                  29^th March 2014.          

Now coming what we have asked these 2 greats, that Gyn and Mohan Babu several questions on various issues were unanswered till today ( earlier, even by the illegal association, never answered) to us and also to colony. Just see the table. These might be very relevant to be answered to you if not to me. Please go to them and seek the details for your own good. Yet another 24 more lies and their antics will be sent soon.

I am sure you residents have no issues with me personally & I am sure that all those residents & the open plot owners must galvanize the support to neutralize these negative elements or else pay heavy price for keeping quiet & suffer.  Or you will see more action by these forces to agonize delay further the GO 166.  

SL No	What questions we have asked with proofs?	What is the status?
1	Gyn/MB said that they never said our committee as Chiller Committee. But when I said I will prove, they said that If I prove, Gyn/MB was ready to apologize with legal committee members by going to their houses individually.	After sending the proof of Gyn mail, as of today, according to available information, both of them did not apologize to any members even till today by mail, leave alone in person. The person who guaranteed on their behalf, who is called as Mr.Ready, vanished in the thin air.
2	We asked these 2 elements to give us the copies of the counters filed by the Revenue Dept in AP High Court in case of WP 15895 since according to them the argument has begun in that case and the illegal association lawyer argued very well.  The final hearing date is announced and according to them, the final orders are expected any moment.	The claim was challenged by me saying that the case is just listed & no argument is possible without government filing the counter. I asked them to provide the illegal lawyers counter and GP/AG counter to prove that they are right. I have not received any proof till today. Did you colony members receive any? Please send it to me if so.
3	I asked them why even after the final hearing is over in the month of Aug 2013, why the order copy is not out with efforts of the great lawyer in case of Vijayalakshmi case in AP High Court On WP 10469 / 2010 with his judges contacts as per Satyam?	Till today, the greats did not reply to the issue and diverted the subject with several irrelevant issues to protect their skins. By chance, the colony got any reply? If so, please share it with us.  Wonderful contacts with judges could not help Rajendran?
4	They said that no case is filed by the villagers in the Revenue Ministry office and they said that my claim is bogus.	I have proved beyond doubt that what I said is right with copies of the letters and proofs. They did not respond in the circulars with apology.
5	They claimed that no orders were issued by Revenue Dept for construction walls and they claimed the MRO has confirmed that so.	I have proved on their visit to MRO as bogus with witness name and asked them to share the so called letter with them of RDO. Have they circulated?
6	I said that he alleged the ex MRO of misconduct by demolishing the walls by taking bribes. He denied that ever and never said it.	I have proved with his letter by mail on this issue. He did not come with his counter. What is that he can say when proofs is around?
7	I told that the great Gyn did not go to the RDO office for getting copies of the case filed by villagers.	When I proved that it has happen that he did not go and lying, he did not come out with any rejoinder and conceded the issue.
8	They said that one Sr Citizen advised him to not fight with me and it will damage the main cause. Thanks to that gentleman, but when we asked Gyn his name, he did not disclose.	The name is not disclosed since no such person has advised to him and it is his own making due to fear. If he discloses the name, we may approach him and find out the truth.
9	When we asked why MB did not sign the colony circulars but signed and scanned copy sent to 280 members by mail??	Since they have no justification of the act, they did not even bother to reply.  It is very clear that their  claim not being together  is bogus.
10	I pointed out in my circulars why Gyn & Co kept the GO 166 on hold with a case by Communist party, while claiming the GO getting implemented soon after WP 15895.	Both of them went underground and no reply came up in any of those circulars to the colony. I suppose the watch dogs do not know till I said? If they know, why they did not tell the colony with circular?
11	In Dec, Gyn said that he received a legal notice from some useless fellow on my directions. I told both of them to disclose the names out of 9 met me on land grabs by various people, including Gyn.	Till today, no names are disclosed and I proved beyond doubt that their claims are bogus claims. Gyn says that he left me for this reasons. But now he changes the reasons with members of the colony.
12	Gyn and MB mails said that they have an offer from rival associations to join them with good post and if want money as much as he wants to dislodge me.	But when we asked them to disclose the name, even in the last circular, they did not disclose but confirmed that someone offered, without names.
13	When they said that they have paid money as loan and expenses, I denied and asked them to give details of the payments to prove.	Till today, no details of the cheques are provided and alleging that they paid Rs. 85,000 cash. Everyone knows that I do not take cash.
14	I said that MB first refused file nomination with a doubt of getting elected. I only forced him to file the nomination, with gratis today on me.	Till today, he did not deny my claim since he knows that I have proof. But he says now that I am illegally elected after 4 years. Whom he is trying to fool?
15	I told you all that MB did not even conduct even a single meeting on Survey No 375, other than one which was started by me in Madhu Reddy house.	MB did not utter a word on that in all those 20 page circulars to the colony.  Now he raking up news issues to save his skin?
16	MB /Gyn were asked to get the details of pending cases, if any on 375 survey & was to gather all the documents related to these cases,	Both did not utter a word on this in any of those 20 pages circulars till today. Why? Since they got caught red handed.
17	I said MB did not work at all for 5 years to secure the 375 plots and no documents with him on 375..	MB did not come with any one documentary proofs of his performance till today.
18	I said the legal association committee members are nothing to do with all those cases filed/defended by illegal association’s lawyer, to which they are now supporting. I have written this several times in several circulars to the colony, even before Gyn left and they can see themselves my old circulars.	But, these 2 new champions of the colony evaded & avoided direct answers & confusing the members.  The issue of my filing the counters does not arise till the illegal association lawyers gives NOC. The same was published in website, sent  by circulars to the colony. I am very clear.
19	I told that they must come with blue print on all pending cases which were all these days, opposed by both Gyn/MB to be represented by the illegally appointed lawyer Rajendran since his proximity to the illegal association/villagers/PTs.	Till today, I have not received any reply as such by mail. Did they issue any clarity to colony residents in form of circulars? If so, please share with me. But they do not have any agenda other than defaming to save their skins.  It is evident to you all?
20	I requested them to provide the copies of the counter filed by illegally appointed lawyers Vakalats, total documents related to the hearing in of EP filed by Dayanand In RR Dist and assure us that it is fought to protect GF interest.	Till today, in none of the circulars, they have ackn nor dealt with issue. Do you think the colony residents can throw some light after speaking to them? Or else, leave at that and face the risk of demolishing at later date by Shankar Rao?
21	With regards to their circular on the survey No. 375 cases posted for hearing. But to best of our knowledge, we have no such case filed by neither association nor the villagers/PTs, which might have been kept under wrap to create a buffer to protect PTs at later date by them. Now both of them unintentionally disclosed it & made it public, which was kept in wrap? I request both take full responsibility to give full details like case number, court, who filed it, out come and so on.	Till today, they avoided to reply since they know that it is a bogus case claims. I have news that one person, who is a member filed his private case in Medchal court and he is seeking the help from time to time from our legal association papers. But from where these 2 elements quoted the case is a mystery. Even now they are not disclosing in 20 pages of the circulars to the colony. Can you GF resident throw some light?
22	We asked several time that were they are (un) officials spokespersons of the illegally appointed lawyer or the Satyam and Co? We asked them to circulate the message to the colony & to us to put on the website.	No confirmation is forthcoming on this issue. However, they halfheartedly accepted that they are not with Satyam & Co, but they did not disclose who offered the post & money if Gyn & co support them.  You can read in between the lines.
23	Coming to the doublespeak by these 2 elements. The mail by Gyn and how he contradicts shamelessly in colony circular differently in different occasions.  In the mail, he says Rajendran is thrown out by Gopal Rao, but in circular he says Rajendran is great and doing wonderful job.	When I asked them why sudden love with bitter enemy, who called him by several names on phone and the very lawyer booked cases as co accused along with me and now out of woods, how can he go to the same enemy and praise him unless someone is not having morals and ethics?
24	In the colony circular, they great Gyn writes that my counter was weak and Rajendran argued well in the case. But when I sent Gyn mail to me dated May 5th 2012, which says exactly opposite. Gyn did not attend even one hearing due to his personal differences with Jt Collector Mr.Jaganatham, who was earlier a plot owner in GF. Though JC told me the total story about the Gyn and his involvement in settlement to the villagers and so on, Gyn told me a different story, which I have to verify with Mr.Janganatham, who is in touch with me even now.	The 2 greats did not come with any clarification on these issues.  The lairs and mischief master along with litigation masters have created havoc and no clear agenda, the issue is getting diverted. I will take help from some seniors from colony, to pin them down with falsehood they are spreading.  All the residents must take this list along with them ask clarification, if you wanted to embrace them.
