Clarification on loans

Dear All,

The divisive forces, headed by Mohan Babu and Gyn are tarnish my image by spreading falsehood and trying cause immense damage my reputation in the name of funds collection.

I repeat as follows;

1.     Mohan Babu and Gyn did not pay single rupee as loan to me nor expenses to me in cheque nor cash. They are spreading falsehood as if they paid.

2.     The loan are raised as per the mandate of the AGM on 2012. Since these 2 did not pay even a single rupee, they have no right to question me for the list.

3.     Since the amount is collected as interest free loan, expanses are not given. Once all the issue  are settled, the same will be submitted to the AGM and subject to passing the resolution it will paid or rejected.

4.     All members views are taken to publish their names. But 100% members agreed to not to publish since it is given as loan and to be kept confidential. The same sentiment is carried.

5.     Though the expenses statement was ready, the members said not to publish till final issue is settled to avoid any more controversy by Mohan Babu and Gyn. Not even single member asked the account.

6.     But those who paid loan, I was ready and willing to repay back the loan, but no one wanted the money.

But these 2 litigation master and lire are making an issue out of it. Let us handle in different way later.
