Both the Greats have not replied with their accepting the conditions to give documents even after 60 days.

Thanks for your mail after 15 days of rest you have taken after reading all my mails and could not find any answer ( and went underground and blocked the mails to not to received any mails from me as per your own mail)  and started raising few new issues only to invite yourself in to further trouble than putting me in trouble. However, if it is chosen as a path get in to trouble by you and Mohan Babu, then I have no issues. I welcome it.

Firstly, I feel that you also becoming too personal to attack me on personal issues than with any GF issues since you joined the greats like Mohan Babu, who is now sacked/impeached as MC member with majority of members voting for his impeaching, whereby even Mohan Babu, who also later could not find any faults with me in GF issues, started attacking me in personal front and vanished in the thin air with no trace till yesterday in the committee meeting. I am sure, you are following him soon in the same direction and I wish you all the best. If you are going to inflict with self injury, I have no control. 

Yes, thanks to SVGK Murthy, now since I have gathered few evidences,  ( though you did not disclose the names till now the useless person name, who sent you the legal notice on land grab attempt by you) on your role in land grab attempt issues, I wanted to call you to the committee meeting, hear your version  and present in front of you those documents to defend your wrong doings, hence I have taken a decision to call for GB/MC meeting along with sacking of MB, if he is not submitting the resignation. But you have not turned up to support your new found friend MB to save him from the embracement of getting sacked but you also could not come to defend your name. I told committee members that in all fairness, in your absence, we should not discuss about you. I pleaded and they accepted. MB knows this. Hence we have not discussed about your issue and I asked the Chairman Mr.Om Prakash garu ( since I was standing down as Chairman in this meeting to be fair to both of you greats) to skip that agenda till you are present only to be fair on my part. Unfortunately, your new found friend was sent out after sacking from the committee and he is not aware of the developments. So please do not blame him for not telling you the other developments nor you could hear all these with MB phone being on during the meeting. 

Coming to your points. Though you have been silent on many of issues I have raised, the issues raised by you is replied as my rejoinder as follows since I am not afraid of facing your false and frivolous allegations. You saying you never said Chiller committee, you never remember on your skipping RDO off visit and many more are proved be right and we are happy that you skipped all those in your mail without answers. 

I am very happy that you also wrote exactly the same word calling us that we are not elected democratically ( as said by MB earlier in his mails) and just simply copying and pasting his words. But the issue of our election found to be not democratic and illegal after 3 years by you? I can understand that MB saying since he is novice and he do not know much about democracy and elections and bylaws and outlaws. But you are super smart and you know everything and you say so? 

I am in a way very happy to know that today, that it was you who brought me to the forefront to fight the GF issue ( since you did not have that much reputation, capability, zeal, sincerity and so on ) and having brought me,  I did not belie your faith in me. But it is unfortunate that even after knowing that you have controversial past from several years, even though I know you that you are mercurial character, even after I have gone through such experiences with you of ditching at the last moment, as you did now, even after many warned me to not to hobnob with you since many know when you give hand at what time ( but most of them know you give hand at the right moment) , due to which I may not get support from the colony residence, I kept supporting you since I am person with loyalties. I thought that after sometime, after being with me, you will change and I will lift you back in colony as my piggy back. But you belied my faith in you and back stabbed me by joining hands with rival ( in your own admission for a BIG post) and MB to divert the main issue, which is GO 166 for your own personal gains. Now also, I feel that you must be silent as you are before for sake of your own good than members, or else, you will dig your own grave to get buried with your own heavy duty dubious past in GF. Who lied and who is blackmailer will be know to the public soon and you need not be judgmental on me since you do not deserve nor you have any locus standee to pass such big judgement. A tainted person has no right to talk on a better person than him. This is what law of equity says. Please read carefully.

Yes, I never called you to any meeting since you are not committee member. What is wrong in that? Have you called all the nonmembers in your committee meetings when you were in helm? But at the same time, I respected your Seniority and called you tofew meetings, whereby you did not come, but for one meeting. With unwanted issues raised by you, I stopped calling you later and I am happy now your good friend helped me to keep you away with his own hands. I wanted to thank MB for helping me to send you out from our legal committee since we know how dangerous guy you are. 

Now this is new story with help of MB ?? Good. There is no such incident took place and even if so, I do not need an outsider ( less a person of your nature, who is unpredictable in your life) supporting me in committee meeting. You are trying to manipulate the incident to your advantage and trying to gain foothold. But to your misfortune, in yesterday GB/MC meeting, it was proved that no such meeting took place. Moreover, in an informal meeting, Radhakrishna told me that since he is not well and moving to Bangalore for better treatment, he wanted to get relieved from the post. Since I was sentimental with the present combination of the committee, I told him that let he be in committee and he can ask his son to coordinate with me. Presently, Manju is with us on this issue and I am sure you are seeing his mails??? Or else, I will send it to you.  Matter rest there but you twist and confuse the public, which was your habit for several years. Now you say MB took lead to bring me down, I am very happy that you work for him as his junior. After all you even do not deserve to be his Jr, but MB does not find better person than you, hence it suited both of you. You both supported each others and sank together and will face further flasks from members and public in matter of time. 

I do not want you to teach me about agenda and what is correct and what is wrong. Please answer me what you did when you are in helm? 

1. Have you done correctly all the meeting during your term every time with proper agenda? Or, designed to suit your position? 
2. Have you filed all the resolutions in RoS and Firms every time your committee passed? 
3. Have you conducted the 24 meeting every year as per the bylaws? Due to fear, you conduct meeting as and when you want it, though you never had any work, as much as I do now. 
4. Have you conducted 125 meeting in 5 years as per bylaws?  Send me the proofs. 
5. Have you filed yearly returns to RoS and Firms? You never wanted to ackn this question at all in your mails. 
6. Have you maintained minutes of meeting as per the norms of bylaws and RoS firms and filed as per the requirements? 

If so, please come to my house and show me the proofs. Then you talk. Or else, you have no moral rights to ask me these insignificant and useless questions at this time of GO 166 and you have no right to allege all baseless issues on me.

Yes, I admit that if MB, your favorite new found friend is not resigning, we decided to impeach him due to his anti association activities by joining hands with land grabbers, rivals ( like Satyam and co), fraudsters and so on. I am happy that my committee members stood by me after they found that what I said is right and removed him with immediate effect. In case of you sacking Mr.Raghavender Rao during the time when you were at helm, have you not influenced the members with your cock and bull stories??? Also by standing silently as if you do not know anything after you instigating some of them on PBR Rao? Do you think all of us have forgotten that and you think we are fools? At that time, where did these high morals go? To eat grass? Pl show where is the grass, we will send others to eat at the same place. 

Coming to circular to the colony.  I am surprised that you have not helped me till today by not sending a circular by saying that you are no more with us.That would have helped me in my cause in GF and their full support. As soon as they know that you are not with me, I will get more people joining me. This is what SVGK told me categorically. But I did not dump you due to my loyalties. But your Mohan Babu visits him even today shamelessly, to seeks his support. You’re using others shoulders to fire at me will not work. I know you so much that even your close friend,  will not know.  But I will not send the circular now on you being not with us since it is not significant and is not on my agenda. I will act at an appropriate time with proper records. That day will be a shocking day in your life in GF colony.  That day, you will go heads held high or low will be known to public. 

Coming to complying with your request the following, I have records with me to give it to you with few matching records to be exchanged as per the following list from you and assurances in Rs.100 stamp paper, since you may forget very soon what you said. Mr.MB  will be the witness for the assurances. 

• I will submit the list of those who loaned (according to you Rs.50.00 lakhs), but you must assure me that if it is less than Rs.50 lakhs, the balance will be paid by you to me. Suppose, if the loan is Rs.10 laks, the balance Rs.40 lakhs will be paid by you as punishment for wrong information as defamation amount without court intervention. I am sure you are ready since you have BIG financier, MB with you.
• Yes, I have accounts ready with me and I am ready to handover to you, provided if you give me assurance that you will pay the excess spent by me in form of D/D in my name on the same day? You can collect as much as you want from members and profit from that deal? I will resign and get out of your way and I will not come on your way in GF matters forever. I am sure it is a fair deal? You and MB will be kings of GF kingdom. 
• Yes, I will give you full statement of account of my source of funding. But you must be ready to give list of those 3 plots documents (sold without my knowledge to my clients/friends/relations and later they complained to me for not registering the plots in their names, (but I did not interfere since I wanted to save you) you promised to Mr.K.T.Raj, Mr.Dasari Virunchi, Mr.S.N.Chaterjee when you were sitting  in my office to collect the Villagers settlement money 1995? Or, if you have paid back their money as refund since they came to know that you have cheated them, please give that cheque numbers to prove that you have not done anything wrong and sincere in returning the money? I am sure you remember this incident. If you say no, I will bring all the 3 members to your house. Are you ready? 
• Yes, I have 4 plots in Gatkesar and sold 2 of them with GPA. Though it is my personal matter, since you have dragged this issue to GF domain, I will give you the documents to you. But you must give the equal amount to me of the present market value to compensate for your defaming me. Interestingly, your close friend, Vijaya Kumar, who is the one who helped me to contact a broker to sell this plot. Mr.K.T.Raj also is involved and I will bring him to you, who are asking your house address. Please call them and take confirmation before you sign the bond on Rs.100 stamp paper. 
• Even in this committee meeting, we have discussed and we will send you the proof of the account opening with statement of account every month, provided if you send your copy of the legal notice sent by some useless fellow, who sent you this due to an attempted land grab by you. 
• Let us 2 ways and not one way. We will exchange the documents simultaneously after a middleman ratifies the documents asked by you and me is matched. I am sure you for the game?  

Yes, you told me and I have sent this mail all the members and to you too to join in the meeting to clear the misunderstanding with us, if any. But your mail rebounded by saying it is blocked. But how come you got this mail now? Thanks to MB? I am very happy that you also confirmed that you have blocked my mails but still you reply to my mails. 

By the way, if you wanted to buy 2 more plots, or may be 20 plots in our layout at Gatkesar, we are ready. Can you organize funds from MB and buy all those plots? You can do wonderful real estate business as you have done in GF earlier with other illegal committee members. Or, bring some member and I will sell directly to him with some handsome commission to you. Be fair to be in good and real rates. The title is clear, not dubious, like yours. 

As I told you, all these slug-fest between you and MB with me is not going to deter me to get away and leave the arena and go out of GF. On the contrary, I am more resolved to finish those who come on our way in regularization process, be it, Dr.P.Shankar Rao/Dayanand, Satyam, and all those chiller and sundries, who themselves are fraudsters and say others as fraudsters. The time will tell you what Chandrasekhar is up to. Now you know 5%and balance 95% will be known soon. 

As promised to you in my previous mail, I have struck to only replying to you on our mail with proper reply and fair offer. I am sure you will come with your assurances on Rs.100 stamp papers, grab the opportunity (like lands grab) and enjoy. 

Coming to 3 out of 6 tasks, your new found friend said that you both are ready to do it and said he will send the bond on Rs.100 stamp paper and signed on behalf of you. I hope it holds good even now?  But the great MB, vanished in thin air. Please search for him and come with those papers and do something constructive and collect the offers and goodies. getting 150 sqrds from Ram Babu free and many offers are lucrative. Why you both are still waiting? Easy money and white money. Come and accept the challenge if you both are MEN. Or else, shut your all your systems and sit at home and enjoy.
