Coming to complying with your request the following, I have records with me to give it to you with few matching records to be exchanged as per the following list from you and assurances in Rs.100 stamp paper, since you may forget very soon what you said. Mr.MB  will be the witness for the assurances. 
·                     I will submit the list of those who loaned (according to you Rs.50.00 lakhs), but you must assure me that if it is less than Rs.50 lakhs, the balance will be paid by you to me. Suppose, if the loan is Rs.10 lakhs, the balance Rs.40 lakhs will be paid by you as punishment for wrong information as defamation amount without court intervention. I am sure you are ready since you have BIG financier, MB with you.
·                     Yes, I have accounts ready with me and I am ready to handover to you, provided if you give me assurance that you will pay the excess spent by me in form of D/D in my name on the same day? You can collect as much as you want from members and profit from that deal? I will resign and get out of your way and I will not come on your way in GF matters forever. I am sure it is a fair deal? You and MB will be kings of GF kingdom. 
·                     Yes, I will give you full statement of account of my source of funding. But you must be ready to give list of those 3 plots documents (sold without my knowledge to my clients/friends/relations and later they complained to me for not registering the plots in their names, (but I did not interfere since I wanted to save you) you promised to Mr.K.T.Raj, Mr.Dasari Virunchi, Mr.S.N.Chaterjee when you were sitting  in my office to collect the Villagers settlement money 1995? Or, if you have paid back their money as refund since they came to know that you have cheated them, please give that cheque numbers to prove that you have not done anything wrong and sincere in returning the money? I am sure you remember this incident. If you say no, I will bring all the 3 members to your house. Are you ready? 
·                     Yes, I have 4 plots in Gatkesar and sold 2 of them with GPA. Though it is my personal matter, since you have dragged this issue to GF domain, I will give you the documents to you. But you must give the equal amount to me of the present market value to compensate for your defaming me. Interestingly, your close friend, Vijaya Kumar, who is the one who helped me to contact a broker to sell this plot. Mr.K.T.Raj also is involved and I will bring him to you, who are asking your house address. Please call them and take confirmation before you sign the bond on Rs.100 stamp paper. 
·                     Even in this committee meeting, we have discussed and we will send you the proof of the account opening with statement of account every month, provided if you send your copy of the legal notice sent by some useless fellow, who sent you this due to an attempted land grab by you. 
·                     Let us 2 ways and not one way. We will exchange the documents simultaneously after a middleman ratifies the documents asked by you and me is matched. I am sure you for the game?  

Yes, you told me and I have sent this mail all the members and to you too to join in the meeting to clear the misunderstanding with us, if any. But your mail rebounded by saying it is blocked. But how come you got this mail now? Thanks to MB? I am very happy that you also confirmed that you have blocked my mails but still you reply to my mails. 

By the way, if you wanted to buy 2 more plots, or may be 20 plots in our layout at Gatkesar, we are ready. Can you organize funds from MB and buy all those plots? You can do wonderful real estate business as you have done in GF earlier with other illegal committee members. Or, bring some member and I will sell directly to him with some handsome commission to you. Be fair to be in good and real rates. The title is clear, not dubious, like yours.
