The Rajendran affidavit to the Judge that the case is filed to scare me

Dear All Members.

The issue of my conviction in Nampally court, related to Rajendran filing under IPC 506 is under appeal in the higher courts on one of the grounds is that the very complainant himself  confessed that the case is filed only to scare me. See the attached affidavit of Rajendran to judge, in which he said that : ( the attached copy of the affidavit is rounded with red color box)

Quote” It is true that only to scare away the accused person to be in their orders or limits, I lodged the complaint” Unquote. Even he has gone to the extent to close the case if I say excuse and he said let them come we will see.

The evidence is sent for you all to see and believe. Gyn thinks that I am bluffing and he is trying to threaten me with dire consequences by twisting for his saying wrongly than  that I got convicted due to fight in the GF issue and not due to raping any of their family members. I do not know why he so upset when is aid that on his lawyer?

Anyway, let us join and fight the issue than all such trivial issues.
