Do not intimidate me with your legal actions......

Happy Holi.

I have read the yesterday circular to the colony ( written by MB, only signed by you and not by Mohan Babu due to fear of defamation case by me) and the circular  was under preparation from past 13 days as per our Field Intelligence Unit ( FIU) and the same was ackn by me in one of our mails. As hint and prelude, I have shoot few mails to MB on the very issue you are likely to raise in the circular, without copies to you only to check he is haring those with you. But with your circular, it appears that he did not share those mails, which were later sent by me to your ID as well. But found very funny that you both are just trying to write the same thing content which you have written several times by changing the words on the same issues with different jugglery and the entire issue was clarified by me by every word written and uploaded in the same in to website. I did not find any new issues that you have raised as such. I know your close new found friend is scared to sign the circulars ( though it is well known that it was drafted by MB since the circular is his eccentric and signed by you) only to insulate himself from the criminal case to be initiated by me soon ( if warranted as said here-under) if he signs on circulars. He is using you as guinea pig only to fire the bullets by using your shoulder and be safe from such crack down by me. If you are aware of the same, it is fine with me.

But one word caught my attention from the circular is that you are considering the legal option on me. I wanted to react to the same as follows. 

Firstly, you both just stop these kind of blackmail tactics on me, for which you both will be forced to pay heavy legal price soon.  I challenge you both to go legally on me and see the fallout. If you file one, which I have anticipated, I kept 3 ready in 3 different Police stations and 3 different court jurisdictions to spend 20 days in month in the courts only for both of you. I have free time to go to several courts every 15 days , that is Nampally, AP High Court, Secunderabad court, Medchal court, RR Dist court, CID court, Malkajgiri Court and few more soon. By you filing one more case on me, I will add one more court and keep spending few more day in that court as well. I have no issues. I do not wanted to take first step since I do not wanted to be blamed that it was I who took first step to book the cases on you both and become unpopular in the members mind.

Today, though you may not like it and call me,  I am hero in the minds of the members because I who only reacted to protect our GF interest just  after Shankar Rao took the first step to book case on me through Durga, it was I who reacted on the villagers after they filed cases after cases and then I filed case now only to defend our GF interest , it was I who only reacted by filing case on these saviors of the colony, that is Satyam and Co,  and your good friend lawyer Rajendran after they filed case on me in various courts.  Remember that all these cases are filed only to neutralize me to keep me away from GF and not due to any personal animosity and it all happen not due to any personally differences with them.  

In the same breath, I wanted you both to take first step on me by filing a case due to your personal egos and then see the fate of you both in the views of the members and the response by me. The ground work is already ready and the crime file of you both is opened and all the papers are gathered. 2 FIR copies of your goonda supporters is awaited, who is involved in some nefarious activities, to which you are getting funding. As soon as you both file the case, the response will be so severe that you both will not able to imagine that to what extent I will respond in 3 different PS and 3 different court. These cases are apart 4 members, who are willing to come forward and support me with cases at Bangalore ( by Virunchi Dasaradhi) , Ananthpur ( ??), Karimnagar ( KT Raj) and Mumbai ( by SN Chaterjee), Kurnool ( ??) on both you. You know very well that if I say I do it. I am not Gyn and Mohan Babu to yap and keep quite.  If you are ready to face the  legal consequences, I am more than happy to expose you and your business with notorious means and contacts. But I will not take first step. I am sending this mail to all our loyal members and also to your chamchas also. Let me wait and see your response. If once go forward, I will not go back and no compromise will be entertained.  If you both are ready to wash dirty lining in public and face the music, I am ready.  It will no hold bared fight to finish in the court law. With such fight, any personal issues come in to public domain, I am not responsible.

But let me also caution you that you both are also taking me for granted, as the case may be by Dr.P.Shankar Rao and Dayanand, Villagers, Ravi , Satyam and Co, Rajendran and so on. I am at the fag end of the life. I am ready to die by my head held high. But you both be prepared for the same. The society will decide whether you will both die 20 years later by heads held high or low. Do not provoke a Taurean and try to mess around, if he goes on rage, legally you both will be no were.  I think you must be reminded of those who messed around with him, what is the outcome is known and more will be known soon.

Thanks to the great MB, after you left me, now few new members from colony joined us and told me what kind person you and your activities, which all these days our old committee members concealed due to my good personal relationship with you. Even today, I feel sorry that due to a worthless person, that MB sake, according to your own admission, known to you due to me bringing him in to committee and that too you met him only 2 or 3 time, you lost a 22 years old friend, who stood by you during your hay days and difficult days as well.  No one in your circle is HOLY COW, including you. But the court will decide soon, if you take first step, I will follow it up with my cases. Then see the fate of you both.  I cannot be intimidated by your threats. You both do not see the writing on wall.  If you both are ready sacrifice your personal life, officials time, family time, money to defend your wrongs, I am ready to defend my rights and for good cause of GF.   Let us see what is the result.

I am sure you will decide and communicate through your lawyer what cases you are booking on me??
