I have several examples those who have dug their own grave and finished themselves. I do not want to spell those names but you surely fit in to the same along with them. Why?

Because of the:

You are cornered with my asking you the proof of the filing the annual returns with legal fees of Rs.100 to RoS and Firm is not answered. You surfaced after 20 days with this mail, thinking that I and your close friend, Mohan Babu would have forgot the issue. But not. That shows that you are guilt and you face the legal consequences on that as well from your erstwhile colleagues, who were running our GFPOA illegally for 20 plus years. Now your criminal intent is clear. By not showing any proof till today, your proved guilty. That is enough for me. The day when it comes in written that you have filed with proofs and I am saying lies, that day will be my last day. But if such written circular is not coming all these days’ means it proves that you are guilty?
You not confirming that you lied to the members that you went to RDO and collected papers on case related to villagers were proved beyond doubt. You say you do not remember that incident itself a confirmation, whereby you remembering all old 20 years things now and quote. So better you show it to a doctor your health condition.
You boast that you are for welfare of the members. But, not even single condition to take up welfare of the members ( 3 out 6 items) were accepted by you ( though your new found friend MB accepted on your both behalf and promised to send the agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper 30 days ago) is sent by you itself shows that you are selfish and cunning and wanted to destabilize the strong association with strong goals. But you try your best to finger the efforts put in by us to sabotage. But I will assure you that you will not succeed since you have no agenda to do good of the plot owners and you and MB have only one agenda, “Sabotage Sekhar”. Not even single member will believe you both now since they know all these days you both have survived due to you both riding on my piggy back due to my successes. Now even DOG in your colony will not believe. Go and check. Yesterday, Sri Sai Residents Welfare Association meeting at Mahesh house is the testimony for your Karnama. They wanted to meet me to seek my support to expose your other misdeeds in their association. When they contacted, I declined. I am not one who will play one against others. I have better things to do. You are expert in sabotage, I am not. .
You are not sending a withdrawal letter to the police that you are not supporting the statement made to the legal committee on illegal committee misdeeds. That shows that you have joined them, if you withdraw that letter or you will come to police to record your statement on their fraud? The day when you support your arch rivals to save them from the bank fraud will expose further of your misdeeds with other, what you have done. Members will know how easily who will get sold for money. I am waiting for your withdrawal of that letter. Then only will file FIR. If you delay, then are with them?

WHAT FOR HE WAS SACKED, JUST BECAUSE HE ASKED ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS, THEREFORE YOU WANTED TO REMOVE HIM. THIS WILL NOT COMES UNDER ANTI ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES AS STATED BY YOU. You are going to inflict with self injuries whereas I am not. Please note that Mr. Mohan Babu is not vanished in thin air and he is very much available. The day is very near to you for the same situation.

Your are criminal minded is no parallel and you are next to the Advocate General in law. Why do not you file a case in RR Dist court with help of of your new found Mohan Babu to prove that you are right? All these days, you spoke with every quotes of law as our association legal based on the RR Dist court order. Now you change your position due to your own misdeeds with help of MB is exposed? Also, for your more information, your new found partner MB, has not even file his counter in the RR Dist court case to defend his election to the great Sadasheva Rao notice and the date is already over. Ask him to go and see the notice in the RR Dist court. Or, please help him. Please reinstate him. Then you are a MAN. Since no replies from MB past 20 days (as much as you are missing), I thought he is missing and vanished in the thin air. I am very happy that now he is around with you and you confirm that, but I am sure he is regretting why he has supported you with so many misdeeds? But he says he is supporting you now also with several misdeeds on you and then he has no morals to question me. You both are in the same page of wrong doing.

As stated by you that SVGK is given lot of information about me, since then why you kept quite. He is going to contact you over phone what information he has given about me. This is nothing, but only black mailing. I am not going to yield any pressure from any corner and seen several persons like you.

Yes, I stand by the statement even today that it is SVGK who gave me lots of info on you. I have a witness with me. But since he was not with us earlier, I did not give any importance to his words. But I also told him that I do not trust too Mr.Gyaneshwar much since I also know that one day you will ditch me when your misdeeds are exposed or when you feel like that you want to blackmail me, as you are doing now to protect your misdeeds. I will be happy if SVGK calls me to check. I am sure he will not do it since he knows what truth will come out with him talking to me. I can call you also that day to testify when he is with me. Here issue is not skipping the RDO office visit or saying chiller committee. Issue is not publishing the list of members who have loaned and not showing the accounts. Please don't try to deviate the issue. Keep quite.

According to very SVGK, some very important documents are not given by you to them when you are sacked by the illegal association due to some issues with you. As regards sacking of Mr. PBR, it is General Body decision, I have not made any proposal to sack him. As the end of General Body suddenly, Mr. NN Venkateshwaran, then Jt. Secretary proposed the motion seconded by Mr. P.Satyanarayana (Illegal Vice President) INCLUDING YOU. However, Mr PBR's younger daughter was very much available in the General Body Meeting and you have directed her to leave the meeting place. If you want, I will get you proof from Mr PBR in this regard about your involvement. Immediately, members are in to to approved unanimously about his dismissal. I objected the same, and I requested the members to give a chance to explain him under what circumstances he was absent for General Body. Why you do not send this copy to the PBR and Pardhasarathy for their confirmation and also with documents of AGM minutes for confirmation? How much you have collected I don't know, as per your oral version as well as mails sent by you that you have spent around Rs. 40.00 lakhs by selling Ghatkesar Plots. I have taken print out all your mails from 15th October 2013 onwards to till date. Recently, you have told that 138 members and collected around 13.00 lakhs. Now you are telling that is only Rs. 10.00 lakhs. How should I believe you?. Earlier, you have told that every day around 1000 messages are being sent regarding status of cases. Out of which 10 to 15 members are acknowledging you mails. Total plots are in the Greenfields around 875, then how you have sent 1000 messages? It can be seen from above, there is no relationship what you said.

Even today I bet with you to accept my challenge to pay the difference on the loan amount collected by me and quoted by you is different. I will go on record what I have collected and what is truth. But you are sacred to come forward to accept along with your financer, who would have developed cold feet. That shows that you are trying to seed the discord in members mind and trying to capitalize on that along with your new partner MB. But your cunning plans will not click. I WILL PAY THE TOTAL FEES, JUST CONVEY THE AMOUNT. IF, I AM INVOLVED IN ANY OF TRANSACTIONS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THEN I AM READYY FOR ANY TYPE OF PUNISHMENT. Yes, Rajendran offered me to settle the case out of court by offering Rs.25 lakhs to me, on 4 conditions that

I will not book cases on them for Vijaya Bank fraud,
For Running the illegal association with help of you for 20 years and
Not to file criminal case on them for filing the cases after cases in various court by them without any legal mandate and
Defamation on them by me.

Despite you said to go for the compromise on that day, I refused since I wanted all our members interest is protected, though I would have been let off in that case and benefited personally in that case. Since you have disclosed that now, which was not made public by me, I am disclosing the same now. But I am sure that , in my place, if you would have been alone in that case, secretly, you would have compromised and withdrawn the case and pocketed Rs.25 lakhs. I am not that KAMINA like others.

Further, your chelas are spoken something about me. One of the chela is not yet all members of Greenfields, he has not paid any settlement amount and another one paid only part of settlement amount. As regards, one more chela he was a Committee Member in earlier illegal Association, if he finds time ask him to go and read criminal case file very much available in the Association office pertaining to Pitla Krishna and 16 others. Who has field the criminal case, how many persons convicted and how many days, how much damages allowed by Hon'ble Justice Eshwariah Garu. Then comment about me.

This issue, I wanted you to come and prove in court of law. Your stature will enhance. Or else, you will bury further from the present level along with your close friend MB.
