At last, the law of the land caught the wrong doers. The so called legal council of the GF illegal association ( illegally appointed by the illegal association), that is Mr.K.Rajendran, with fear of my booking cases on them, preemptively he who booked a false case IPC 506 on me and it went to trial in Nampally lower court and convicted me with Rs.1000 fine and is under appeal in the Nampally higher court after conviction with a fine, a person, who helped the illegal committee headed by Satyam to defreeze the bank account and looted the money from the Vijaya Bank account for himself and for the illegal committee members to draw the funds for their personal use, the person who helped the illegal association to file cases after cases on me at Malkajgiri court, RR Dist court and so on with help of Sadasheva Rao have themselves caught in the web of the law. 

Based on my complaint, Police  registered a case on these elements and the investigation is on progresses. The IPC Sec 420 ( Cheating), 406 ( Criminal breach of trust) and so on were applied. More IPC sections will be slapped as and when the investigation is in progress. 

Now I request every member ( those who have not sent) to send the attached letter to police Alwal to register the cases on these elements to put them in bind. The next case is ready and these letters in large numbers will be in much use. I am sure you all understand the significance and sanctity of this letter send it? Who is next? That will be question must linger in the minds of the illegal association. All these days, they were offensive and made us to be defensive. Now let us be offensive let us make them defensive. Let us keep them busy with these cases. 

As I said earlier and I am saying yet again, our laws are not that weak as these elements and culprits think and it is matter of time that the law of the land will catch them and put them at the place were they deserve to be. Be it Dr.P.Shankar Rao, be it villagers, be it Ravi and be it now these illegal forces, I will not show any mercy on these elements, who sucked our blood and enjoyed 13 years their lives. Now they have to pay legal price for their dirty games.

Dear All, 15th March 2014,

By seeing the last circular dated 9th March 2014, I am sure you all are shocked that yet another new case from Dr.P.Shankar Rao in the name of his brother in the AP High Court. Even High Court website copy was produced as proof of the case existence. I am sure the 2 new champions ( Gyn and Mohan Babu) with help of the old saviors of the colony, i.e. the illegal association headed by Satyam & Co would have sent the assurances circular to the colony with few left out member’s names of committee member’s by now? According to the website, no vakalats are file by the illegal association super and great lawyer even till today.  

We all have taken enough of their nonsense all these years with these opportunist forces, which played a very crucial role in delaying the regularization of open plots either by normal course or by the GO 166 implementation. But all these years due to the TINA (There Is No Alternative) factor, we all have kept quiet, till I emerged to settle the matter with guts, zeal, sincerity, honesty, determination and tenacity and so on. But midway through, I did face resistance from certain forces, whose personal interest was getting affected due to my strait forward approach. Some broke away with an idea to regularize by taking money to pay to the officials calling it as it out of turn. Those forces are now nowhere to be seen.  These negative forces, tried their best to stall my progress with first case with Ms.Durga with help of 2 fake witness,( Sadasheve Rao and the paid witness of Colony Nageshwar Rao) and it boomeranged. Later, the very Sadasheva Rao filed a case saying that I am not elected legally in GFPOA at Malkajgiri and lost. Without contesting the final petition at Malkajgiri, these crooked forces went to RR Dist Court and filed a fresh petition and lost even in RR Dist Court. After the interim order in my favor, they have not persuaded the main petition since they know they will not only lose but also they will be stripped to bare minimum of their Izzat. They kept quiet and vanished in the thin air. The so called illegal President, even shifted his base along with his Gen Sec and some of them went underground with no trace of misleading circulars.

Having not able to take head on with us, certain elements, activated most poachable forces in the colony with of the failed forces and they tried their best to defame us. Though legally I could have gone damage to them, I waited to fulfill my promised task first as follows:

1. 1. When I took over the issue in 2009, many gave me least marks saying that I will not able to book cases against Dr.P.Shankar Rao, said that 1/1000 chance. But you all know what transpired now. The landmark day in the history of GF was 11th Nov 2011. Malkajgiri Court issued orders to book the case against Dr.P.Shankar Rao. Aftermath, he losing the ministry, later getting arrested, getting conditional bail and now his political future are finished.  I said it and I kept my promise.  
2. 2. When again I said that I will see that these so called PTs/Villagers( 45 of them), who cheated us (all open plot owners) with help of few old office bearers ( it is rumored they know beforehand that these lands were government lands but still paid them compensation for their own benefit) will be booked with cases and they will face the music for recovery of the same. I am sure you all are aware that I booked the cases at Alwal PS ( FIR No 908) and the investigation is progressing in fast pace and they will be punished for their wrong doing. I know you all thought I am also yapping like illegal association tall talks and get away with it. But proved all of you wrong.
3. 3. Since it was cheated by the so called title holder through his GPA, the Inam, Sayed Akbar Nizamuddin, is also booked the same Alwal PS under the same FIR and he will taken care of by the law of the land as per the court orders. No one gave us credit that we can do these at all.
4. 4. Again, when I took over the cause of the Survey No 375 affected 60 plot owners issue after one of my close confidents, Mohan Babu, who failed miserably & the rest is known to you how Gyn fished in these trouble waters and got caught in the swirl of the same issue and now facing the music. But even taking head on with Ravinder (alias Ravi, son in law Gaddar) is no mean small task. I have shown my courage and added him also in the same Alwal FIR, was Alwal is his fort to do any crime and get away. The investigation is on & he will be dealt with as per the law of the land.
5. 5. Now after all these cases are booked as per my promise, now who is next is the question in everyone minds. I promised that no one, who does wrong, will be spared. But I prioritized as per the importance of the case.   To me, Dr.P.Shankar Rao the enemy No1 since it is because of him the regularization is on hold. I booked him. Then No 2 come the villages/PTs, those who took money and cheated us. I booked them too. Then come enemy No 3 Inam, I booked him too. Then comes the enemy No 4, Ravi of survey No 375. I have booked him too.
6. 6. Now who is our enemy No 5? The so called illegal association lawyer Mr.Rajendran along with his contingent of the illegal association few left out office bearers’ headed by Satyam & Co. I promised that they will be booked sooner than later for their wrong doing. I am happy to say that they are booked under various criminal non bailable IPC section by the police and the FIR is already registered on them but I will not disclose which police station among the 3 different causes of actions of the 3 different PS & what is the status of the case. It will be interesting to see that they go around all these PS and ask about any case is booked in their names? But it will be disclosed by us in a press meet soon with copies of the FIR & the details of the case along with police. I have started off with Rajendran, Satyam, Sadasheva Rao, Sivanarayana, Rajaiah and KBR Prasad to start with. Later the Jagan Mohan Rao, VP Satyanarayan, RBI Satyanarayan and Dhananjeyudu (at present, these are left out illegal association office bearers, who have not resigned after my appeal) & other resigned office bearers will be added as when the case progress based on the evidence along with Ms.Kanakadurga, who collected lakhs of rupees in the name of BPS. LRS, GO 166 along with settlement amount to the villagers in the year 2000 onwards for years even after settlement was over long ago with no cash accounts given. I know all these years that these negative forces have antagonized me to such extent that they wanted to break my back to get back in to GF by hook or crook with several false cases to control the finances, left out open plots & so on.   But I did not act on them as per my promise that I will never touch them till my main aim is achieved. I stood by my word and I am sure the future of the GF will better & not likely to be as bad as it was for years. Let them go around with help of Gyn/Mohan Babu, who are aware of these cases coming up only due to their personal interest.  According to them, they came to all these police stations with me to lodge these complaints. These illegal elements took all these years as joke, when said they will book them. But now all these illegal forces have to take bails after bails in various courts & run around courts for their wrong doings. All the documents related to these cases are now in our hands. This is what I said in one circular to the colony few years ago that these forces are going face legal consequences for their wrong doing. But the great lawyer twisted these words & booked a false case on me in Panjagutta (which is now under appeal in Nampally SJM court) & all them enjoyed my agony. Now I wanted all of you to enjoy their agony along with me.

Now the question is who is enemy No 6 to be booked? Yes, we do have listed them along with his team of supporters & will be taken up as soon as few more documents are with us. I will not name that group but I am sure they have in linking by now & they are now trying to put pressure on me through my supporters to not to act on them. They wanted to compromise with me to save their own skin and Izzat.  But having done mistakes, they cannot escape the law of the land as case may be with these illegal association office bearers now. They tested my patients. Not anymore.

Now my appeal to all the colony residents is to come forward to cooperate with us & help us to take this complex, complicated, ticklish, hard fought and tough issue of regularization forward after all these negative forces are behind bars, be it Shankar Rao, Ravi, Dayanand, PTs & so on.  If you still do not come forward, the history will not pardon you for your mistakes you are doing now. Today, you wanted to be nice to just to 150 GF residents for sake your friendship leaving behind the future 850 residents coming to your colony next door? Do not do that mistake. Already such trend is set by the divisive forces earlier. Do not fall in to their trap. I am sure you all are matured, even as per Gyneshwar circular and not fools. Please prove him right. The next generation of open plot owners will carry the stigma and untouchables mind set in their baggage & punish your siblings not for their fault but for your mistakes for not coming forward at time of distress. I know you may not accept this now. But do not sow the seed of hatred in next generation.  It is up to you to take it or leave it. It is up to you to listen to a seasoned campaigner like me. I have seen the world. All politicians did this and we are suffering as country. The same should not get in to our colony. For GOD sake understand the situation & change according to time. Any delay will punish you and your next generation and not me. Better join hands with people who have clean image & strong will to do well than these cowards, who hide when it mattered most. These negative forces never helped you at the time of distress for 20 years. Will they help now? That itself is in doubt. Better take a decision now or never. A proven devil is better than known but untested angels of the colony. Any delay will cause irreparable damage to you & your family in the long run and not to open plot owners.
